Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for preparing a compound of formula wherein: R2 is cycloalkyl or alkyl, each of which may be optionally substituted; Y is -CONR3R4, -CN or CO2R5; R3, R4 and R5 are each independently H or alkyl; n is 1 to 6; wherein said process comprising the steps of : (i) treating a compound of formula (IV), where R1 is alkyl, with a compound of formula (V) and forming a compound of formula (IIIb); (ii) treating said compound of formula (IIIb) with a compound of formula (Il) to form a compound of formula (I).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé de la formule dans laquelle : R2 représente un groupe cycloalkyle ou alkyle, chacun pouvant être éventuellement substitué ; Y représente -CONR3R4, -CN ou CO2R5 ; R3, R4 et R5 représentent chacun indépendamment H ou un groupe alkyle ; n vaut de 1 à 6. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) traitement d'un composé de formule IV, dans laquelle R1 représente un groupe alkyle, avec un composé de formule V et formation d'un composé de formule IIIb ; (ii) traitement dudit composé de formule IIIb par un composé de formule II pour former un composé de formule I.
