Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for determining a transmission ratio (rcvr) to be set of a continuously variable transmission unit in order to emulate an alternative transmission assembly, and to a corresponding drive system. Firstly, an actual input characteristic variable and an actual output characteristic variable of the continuously variable transmission unit are determined. On the basis of the actual input characteristic variable and the actual output characteristic variable, a theoretical output torque (Mab,th) of the alternative transmission assembly is determined. By taking the theoretical output torque (Mab,th) of the alternative transmission assembly into consideration, the transmission ratio (rcvr) to be set of the continuously variable transmission unit is determined, wherein said transmission ratio (rcvr) is determined in such a way that the driven torque (Mab,ist) produced by the continuously variable transmission unit corresponds to the theoretical output torque (Mab,th). For this purpose, in addition to the continuously variable transmission unit, the drive system has a control unit (16) having a first input and a second input for reading the characteristic variables. Connected to the inputs is a calculation section (30) which, on the basis of the characteristic variables, determines the theoretical output torque (Mab,th) of the alternative transmission assembly. The control unit (16) also has a control section (31), which determines the transmission ratio (rcvr) to be set in such a way that it corresponds to the theoretical output torque (Mab,th).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un rapport de transmission (rcvr) à régler sur une unité de transmission réglable en continu, afin d'émuler un autre agencement de transmission, ainsi qu'un système d'entraînement correspondant. On détermine tout d'abord une grandeur caractéristique réelle d'entrée et une grandeur caractéristique réelle de sortie de l'unité de transmission réglable en continu. Sur la base de la grandeur caractéristique réelle d'entrée et de la grandeur caractéristique réelle de sortie, on détermine un couple théorique de sortie (Mab,th) de l'autre agencement de transmission. En tenant compte du couple théorique de sortie (Mab,th) de l'autre agencement de transmission, le rapport de transmission (rcvr) à régler sur l'unité de transmission réglable en continu est déterminé. (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung eines einzustellenden Übersetzungsverhältnisses (rcvr) einer stufenlos verstellbaren Getriebeeinheit zur Emulation einer alternativen Getriebeanordnung sowie ein entsprechendes Antriebssystem. Zunächst wird eine Ist-Eingangskenngröße und eine Ist-Ausgangskenngröße der stufenlos verstellbaren Getriebeeinheit ermittelt. Es wird auf Basis der Ist-Eingangskenngröße und der Ist-Ausgangskenngröße ein theoretisches Ausgangsmoment (Mab,th) der alternativen Getriebeanordnung ermittelt. Unter Berücksichtigung des theoretischen Ausgangsmoments (Mab,th) der alternativen Getriebeanordnung wird das einzustellende Übersetzungsverhältnis (rcvr) der stufenlos verstellbaren Getriebeeinheit ermittelt, wobei dieses Übersetzungsverhältnis (rcvr) so ermittelt wird, dass das durch die stufenlos einstellbare Getriebeeinheit erzeugte Abtriebsmoment (Mab, ist) dem theoretischen Ausgangsmoment (Mab,th) entspricht. Das Antriebssystem weist hierzu neben der stufenlos verstellbaren Getriebeeinheit eine Steuereinheit (16) mit einem ersten Eingang und einem zweiten Eingang zum Einlesen der Kenngrößen auf. Mit den Eingängen ist ein Berechnungsabschnitt (30) verbunden, der auf Basis der Kenngrößen das theoretische Ausgangsmoment (Mab,th) der alternativen Getriebeanordnung ermittelt. Die Steuereinheit (16) weist ferner einen Regelabschnitt (31) auf, der das einzustellende Übersetzungsverhältnis (rcvr) so ermittelt, dass es dem theoretischen Ausgangsmoment (Mab, th) entspricht.
