Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a magnetic coupling (2) having: a housing (4) for receiving a rotor (8) and a coil assembly (6), a rotor (8) having a flange section (12) which comprises a first portion formed as an outer ring (24) which is attached, via at least one web section (26), which forms the second section of the flange section (12), to a third section (22) of the flange section (12), at least one coupling disk (14), which interacts with the flange section (12) of the rotor (8) in order to transmit a rotational movement, and a coil assembly (6) for generating a magnetic field, which effects a force linkage between the flange section (12) and the coupling disc (14) to transmit the rotational movement. The web section (26) extends at least in one direction and, in the process, tapers as far as an attachment surface A. The invention further relates to a press tool (40) and to a method for producing a pressed piece (8) to be sintered from a powdery material, specifically in the form of such a rotor.
(FR) L'invention concerne un embrayage magnétique (2) présentant : un carter (4) destiné à loger un rotor (8) et un corps de bobine (6), un rotor (8) présentant une section de bride (12), comprenant une première section se présentant sous la forme d'une bague extérieure (24), qui est raccordée, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une section d'entretoise (26) formant une deuxième section de la section de bride (12), à une troisième section (22) de la section de bride (12). L'embrayage présente également au moins un disque d'embrayage (14) qui coopère avec la section de bride (12) du rotor (8) pour transmettre un mouvement rotatif, et un corps de bobine (6) pour générer un champ magnétique, entraînant une adhérence entre la section de bride (12) et le disque d'embrayage (14) pour la transmission du mouvement rotatif. La section d'entretoise (26) s'étend au moins dans une direction et s'amincit jusqu'à une surface de raccordement A. L'invention concerne en outre un outil de compression (40) et un procédé permettant de fabriquer une pièce compressée à fritter (8) à partir d'une substance pulvérulente, sous la forme dudit rotor.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Magnetkupplung (2) aufweisend: ein Gehäuse (4) zur Aufnahme eines Rotors (8) und eines Spulenkörpers (6), einen Rotor (8) mit einem Flanschabschnitt (12), der einen ersten als Außenring (24) ausgebildeten Abschnitt umfasst, der über zumindest einen Stegabschnitt (26), der einen zweiten Abschnitt des Flanschabschnitts (12) bildet, an einen dritten Abschnitt (22) des Flanschabschnitts (12) angebunden ist, zumindest eine Kupplungsscheibe (14), die mit dem Flanschabschnitt (12) des Rotors (8) zur Übertragung einer Drehbewegung zusammenwirkt, und einen Spulenkörper (6) zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfeldes, welches einen Kraftschluss zwischen dem Flanschabschnitt (12) und der Kupplungsscheibe (14) zur Übertragung der Drehbewegung bewirkt. Der Stegabschnitt (26) erstreckt sich dabei zumindest in einer Richtung und verjüngt sich dabei bis zu einer Anbindungsfläche A. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Presswerkzeug (40) und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zu sinternden Presslings (8) aus einem pulverförmigen Stoff, und zwar in der Gestalt eines derartigen Rotors.
