(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a high-strength, hybrid continuous profiled element. According to said method, roving (1) containing reinforcing fibres is transformed into a profiled shape, and the profiled roving is coated by a plastic layer (3) by means of an extrusion process. The invention also relates to a highly rigid, hybrid continuous profiled element.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un profilé sans fin hybride à haute rigidité, consistant à donner à un stratifil comportant des fibres de renforcement une forme profilée, puis à enrober le stratifil profilé d'une couche de plastique au moyen d'un processus d'extrusion. Cette invention concerne également un profilé sans fin hybride à haute rigidité.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hochfesten, hybriden Endlosprofils, wobei ein Verstärkungsfasern enthaltendes Roving (1) in eine profilierte Gestalt überführt wird und danach das profilierte Roving im Wege eines Extrusionsprozesses mit einer Kunststoff Schicht (3) ummantelt wird. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein hochsteifes, hybrides Endlosprofil.
