(RU) СПОСОБ ОЦЕНКИ ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОГО СОСТОЯНИЯ ОРГАНИЗМА
Abstract:
(EN) The invention can be used in medicine, namely, for the integrated assessment of the functional state of a human organism. The aim of the invention is to develop a multipurpose and easily accessible noninvasive method that makes it possible to receive during a short time interval sufficient diagnostic and prognostic information about the state of an organism. The essence of the invention is that the method involves measuring cardiac electrical activity for discriminating the organic sequential sample of RR-rate intervals and carrying out a spectral analysis in order to receive the values of spectral density of the heart rate. Furthermore, the heart rate spectrogram is divided into subranges within the classic ULF, VLF, LF and HF ranges, the rank assessments of the relative spectral density according to 100 subranges are carried out and compared with different qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the organism state received by the standard diagnostic and prognostic methods.
(FR) L'invention peut être utilisée en médecine, à savoir, dans l'évaluation intégrée de l'état fonctionnel d'un organisme humain. Le but de l'invention est de développer une méthode polyvalente, facilement utilisable et non invasive qui permet de recevoir au cours d'un bref intervalle suffisamment d'informations diagnostiques et pronostiques relatives à l'état de l'organisme. La méthode consiste à mesurer l'activité électrique cardiaque pour sélectionner un échantillon biologique séquentiel des intervalles RR et procéder à une analyse spectrale afin d'obtenir les valeurs de la densité spectrale de la fréquence cardiaque. En outre, le spectrogramme de fréquence cardiaque est subdivisé en sous-gammes dans les gammes classiques ULF, VLF, LF et HF, et on effectuer des évaluations du rang de la densité spectrale relative en fonction de 100 sous-gammes; en fonction de différentes caractéristiques qualitatives et quantitatives, on évalue l'état de l'organisme par des méthodes standard de diagnostic et de pronostic.
(RU) Использование: медицина, а именно: для комплексной оценки функционального состояния организма человека. Задача: разработка универсального легкодоступного неинвазивного способа, позволяющего за короткий интервал времени получить достаточную диагностическую и прогностическую информацию о состоянии организма. Сущность изобретения: способ включает в себя измерение электроактивности сердца с выделением органической последовательной выборки RR-интервалов ритма, проведение спектрального анализа с получением значений спектральной плотности сердечного ритма. При этом спектрограмму сердечного ритма разбивают на поддиапазоны в границах классических диапазонов ULF, VLF, LF и HF, проводят ранговые оценки относительной спектральной плотности по 100 поддиапазонам и сопоставляют их с различными качественными и количественными характеристиками состояния организма, полученных на основе стандартных методов диагностики и прогнозирования.
