Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is designed to provide a torque-transmitting device which uses the principle of leverage in such a way that torque input at one end of a lever can becomes a greater torque per unit time at the other end of the lever, and gain can be achieved in a uniform fashion. The torque-transmitting device of the present invention comprises: a drive motor; a first mounting unit for rotatably mounting a rotational drive body which rotates on receiving a drive force from the drive motor; a second mounting unit provided at a predetermined distance from the first mounting unit; a lever which is rotatably secured on a support member provided between the first mounting unit and the second mounting unit, and of which one end is mounted on the first mounting unit where it turns as it is driven by the drive motor and of which the other end is mounted on the second mounting unit where it turns; an actuator which is linked to the other end of the lever and performs a linear reciprocating motion as the lever turns in the top—to-bottom direction; and a torque device for converting the linear reciprocating motion of the actuator into a rotational motion and generating torque for driving a predetermined loading device.
(FR) La présente invention est conçue pour la mise en œuvre d'un dispositif de transmission de couple qui utilise le principe de l'effet de levier de sorte que l'entrée de couple au niveau d'une extrémité d'un levier puisse devenir un couple supérieur par unité de temps au niveau de l'autre extrémité du levier, et qu'un gain puisse être obtenu d'une manière uniforme. Le dispositif de transmission de couple de la présente invention comporte : un moteur d'entraînement; une première unité de montage à des fins de montage rotatif d'un corps d'entraînement de rotation qui tourne dès la réception d'une force d'entraînement provenant du moteur d'entraînement; une deuxième unité de montage prévue à une distance prédéterminée de la première unité de montage; un levier qui est assujetti de manière rotative à un élément de support se trouvant entre la première unité de montage et la deuxième unité de montage, et dont une extrémité est montée sur la première unité de montage où elle tourne tandis qu'elle est entraînée par le moteur d'entraînement et dont l'autre extrémité est montée sur la deuxième unité de montage où elle tourne; un actionneur qui est relié à l'autre extrémité du levier et effectue un mouvement de va-et-vient linéaire au fur et à mesure que le levier tourne dans une direction de haut en bas; et un dispositif de couple permettant de convertir le mouvement de va-et-vient linéaire de l'actionneur en un mouvement de rotation et de générer un couple destiné à entraîner un dispositif de chargement prédéterminé.
(KO) 본 발명은 지렛대의 원리를 이용하여 지렛대의 일단에 대해 입력된 회전력에 대해 지렛대의 타단에서 단위 시간 당 회전력을 크게 할 수 있어 일률에 있어서 이득을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 회전력 전달장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 회전력 전달장치는, 구동모터; 상기 구동모터로부터 구동력을 제공받아 회전하는 구동회전체가 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 제1설치부; 상기 제1설치부와 소정 거리 이격되어 구비되는 제2설치부; 상기 제1설치부와 상기 제2설치부 사이에 구비되는 받침부재에 회전 가능하도록 고정되고, 일단부가 상기 제1설치부에 설치되어 상기 구동모터에 의해 회동하며 타단부가 상기 제2설치부에 설치되어 회동하는 지렛대; 상기 지렛대의 타단부와 연결되어 상기 지렛대가 상하 방향으로 회동함에 따라 직선왕복운동을 하는 엑츄에이터; 및 상기 엑츄에이터의 직선왕복운동을 회전운동으로 전환하여 소정의 부하장치를 구동시키도록 회전력을 발생시키는 회전력장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
