Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a gravity compensator of a motor for naturally compensating load moment according to a rotation angle of a load, wherein the load moment results from the gravity torque in accordance with the rotational angle. The gravity compensator comprises: a supporting frame; a rotational shaft which is prepared to allow the rotation thereof in relation to the supporting frame; a load which is fixed to the rotational shaft and is rotated together with the rotational shaft; a driving motor which provides a rotational force to the rotational shaft to drive the rotation of the rotational shaft; and a torsion bar which has one end thereof coupled to the rotational shaft to form a rotating end that rotates together with the rotational shaft and includes the other end thereof coupled to the supporting frame to form a fixed end that does not rotate with the rotational shaft. Gravity compensation can be performed with an even simpler structure compared to the prior art, and thus the invention can be applied to a very small-sized motor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un compensateur de gravité d'un moteur destiné à compenser naturellement un moment de charge selon un angle de rotation d'une charge, le moment de charge résultant du couple de gravité conformément à l'angle de rotation. Le compensateur de gravité comprend : un cadre de support ; une tige de rotation qui est préparée pour permettre sa rotation par rapport au cadre de support ; une charge qui est fixée à la tige de rotation et effectue une rotation avec ladite tige de rotation ; un moteur d'entraînement qui procure une force de rotation à la tige de rotation pour entraîner la rotation de la tige de rotation ; et une barre de torsion dont l'une des extrémités est accouplée à la tige de rotation pour former une extrémité de rotation qui tourne avec la tige de rotation et comprend l'autre extrémité de celle-ci accouplée au cadre de support pour former une extrémité fixe qui ne tourne pas avec la tige de rotation. La compensation de gravité peut être réalisée avec une structure encore plus simple par rapport à celles de l'état de la technique, et l'invention peut donc s'appliquer à un moteur de très petite taille.
(KO) 본 발명은, 부하의 회전각에 따른 중력 토크에 의하여 발생되는 부하 모멘트를 회전각에 따라 자연 보상시키는 모터의 중력 보상기에 관한 것으로서, 지지프레임; 상기 지지프레임에 대하여 회전가능하게 마련되는 회전축; 상기 회전축에 고정마련되어 상기 회전축과 함께 회전되는 부하; 상기 회전축을 회전구동하기 위하여 상기 회전축에 회전력을 제공하는 구동모터; 일단이 상기 회전축에 연결되어 상기 회전축과 함께 회전되도록 이루어진 회전단을 이루며, 타단이 상기 지지프레임에 결합되어 상기 회전축과 함께 회전되지 않는 고정단을 이루도록 된 토션바; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 의하여 종래 기술에 비하여 더욱더 간단한 구조로 중력 보상을 실행할 수 있도록 하여, 매우 작은 소형 모터에도 적용 가능한 모터의 중력 보상기를 제공하게 된다.
