(EN)The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an amino acid liquid fertilizer using livestock blood and the amino acid liquid fertilizer manufactured thereby. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an amino acid liquid fertilizer using livestock blood which is characterized by comprising: a 1st step of collecting livestock blood produced from a slaughterhouse and grinding the livestock blood; and a 2nd step of adding a protease extracted from soybeans to the ground blood, putting the protease-added blood into a reactor, inducing a reaction under the sealed condition, and cooling off the reactants. The amino acid liquid fertilizer according to the present invention has relatively higher amino acid content and long lasting efficiency compared with conventional liquid fertilizers, which uses blood meal as a raw material, and the absorption and movement of active ingredients into plants are maximized. Thus, the growth and development of plants is excellent and damage due to repeated cultivation would not happen because salts do not accumulate in soil during fertilizer application.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés utilisant du sang de bétail, et l'engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés ainsi fabriqué. Elle concerne plus particulièrement un procédé de fabrication d'un engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés utilisant du sang de bétail, qui est caractérisé par les étapes consistant à: 1) recueillir du sang de bétail produit par un abattoir, et broyer ledit sang; 2) ajouter au sang broyé une protéase extraite du soja, mettre le sang additionné de protéase dans un réacteur, induire une réaction dans un état hermétiquement fermé du réacteur et refroidir les réactants. L'engrais liquide à base d'acides aminés de l'invention présente une teneur en acides aminés relativement supérieure et une durée d'action prolongée par rapport aux engrais liquides classiques utilisant de la farine de sang comme matière première, et permet de maximiser l'absorption et le déplacement des matières actives dans les végétaux. Par conséquent, l'invention permet d'obtenir d'excellentes caractéristiques de croissance et de développement des végétaux, et de prévenir les dommages dus à des cultures répétées car les sels ne s'accumulent pas dans le sol pendant l'application de l'engrais.
(KO)본 발명은 가축의 혈액을 이용한 아미노산 액상비료의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조되는 아미노산 액상비료에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도축장에서 발생하는 가축의 혈액을 수거한 후 이를 분쇄하는 제1 단계; 및 상기 제1 단계에서 분쇄된 혈액에 대두에서 추출한 프로테아제를 첨가한 후, 상기 프로테아제가 첨가된 혈액을 반응기에 넣고 밀폐조건에서 반응시킨 후 냉각시키는 제2 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축의 혈액을 이용한 아미노산 액상비료의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조되는 아미노산 액상비료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 종래의 혈분 등을 원료로 한 액상비료에 비하여 상대적으로 아미노산 함량이 높고 비효가 지속적일 뿐만 아니라 유효성분의 식물체내로의 흡수 및 이동이 극대화되어 생육성장에 우수한 효능을 나타내며 시비시 토양에 염류가 집적되지 않아 연작의 피해가 발생하지 않는 아미노산 액상비료를 제조할 수 있다.
