(EN) The present invention relates to a telescopic conveyor for transporting materials, and more particularly, to a telescopic conveyor for loading materials which enables simple transport and loading of materials from a transport position or a position inside a vehicle cargo box to an entrance so as to reduce working hours for the transport of materials as well as provide ease of transporting work, and is characterized in that a conveyor is configured to be connected to each guided frame by a chain at the time of telescopic motion of the conveyor and the conveyer moves back and forth by the forward and reverse rotation of a telescopic motor, and slow start and slow stop motions are implemented when stopping at an arbitrary position as an applied current amount is controlled through frequency control. Accordingly, the safety of workers and the stability of materials may be improved in case the workers ride on the conveyor or the conveyor is overloaded during the telescopic motion of the conveyor, or a stop motion is carried out at an arbitrary position.
(FR) L'invention concerne un transporteur télescopique servant à transporter des matières, et plus particulièrement un transporteur télescopique servant à charger des matières et qui permet un transport et un chargement simples des matières, d'un point de transport ou d'un point se situant à l'intérieur d'une carrosserie cargo d'un véhicule vers une entrée, de manière à réduire les heures de travail de transport des matières et à faciliter le travail de transport. Le transporteur est caractérisé en ce qu'il est conçu pour être relié à chaque cadre guidé par une chaîne pendant le déplacement télescopique du transporteur, ledit transporteur se déplaçant en avant et en arrière par la rotation en avant et en arrière d'un moteur télescopique; et des mouvements de démarrage lent et d'arrêt lent sont mis en œuvre lors d'un arrêt, en un point arbitraire, au moment où une valeur de courant appliqué est réglée par une commande de fréquence. La sécurité des utilisateurs et la stabilité des matières transportées sont ainsi améliorées au cas où des utilisateurs montent sur le transporteur, ou si le transporteur est surchargé pendant le déplacement télescopique de celui-ci, ou quand un mouvement d'arrêt est mis en œuvre en un point arbitraire.
(KO) 본 발명은 물류 운반용 신축 컨베이어에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 운반 위치 또는 화물 차량의 적재함 내 안쪽에서부터 입구까지 물류를 용이하게 이송 및 적재시킬 수 있게 하며 물류 운반에 대한 작업 시간을 단축시킴은 물론 운반 작업의 용이성을 제공할 수 있도록 한 물류 상차용 신축 컨베이어에 관한 것으로, 상기 컨베이어 신축시에는 각각의 가이드된 프레임에 체인으로 연결 구성하여 상기 신축용 모터의 정역으로 전후진하며 주파수 제어를 이용한 인가 전류량을 조절하여 컨베이어 신축시 임의의 지점에 정지시 슬로우 스타트와 슬로우 스탑 동작이 가능하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따를 경우에는, 컨베이어의 인출 또는 신축 동작시 작업자가 탑승하거나 과부하가 걸릴 경우, 또는 임의의 지점에서 정지 동작을 수행하게 되는 경우 작업자 및 물류 안정성을 제고할 수 있게 된다.
