Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a base for use in an optical disc which has excellent mass productivity for substrate formation by a 2P method, particularly favorable release properties from a stamper, and high adhesion strength to a reflective film layer or a dielectric layer even under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. Specifically disclosed is a UV-curable resin composition for use in a multi-layer optical disc, with which such a base for use in an optical disc can be formed. The UV-curable resin composition for use in a multi-layer optical disc contains (A) a hexa- or higher-functional urethane (meth)acrylate obtained by reacting an organic isocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups per molecule with a tri- or higher-functional (meth)acrylate having a hydroxy group, (B) a tri- or lower-functional (meth)acrylate monomer, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une base destinée à être utilisée dans un disque optique qui a une excellente productivité en série pour une formation de substrat par un procédé 2P, des propriétés de démoulage particulièrement favorables à partir d'une matrice, et une force d'adhérence élevée à une couche de film réfléchissant ou une couche diélectrique même dans des conditions de température élevée et d'humidité élevée. L'invention porte spécifiquement sur une composition de résine durcissable par UV destinée à être utilisée dans un disque optique multicouche, avec laquelle une telle base destinée à être utilisée dans un disque optique peut être formée. La composition de résine durcissable par UV destinée à être utilisée dans un disque optique multicouche contient (A) un (méth)acrylate d'uréthane hexafonctionnel ou plus obtenu par réaction d'un isocyanate organique ayant deux groupes isocyanates ou plus par molécule avec un (méth)acrylate trifonctionnel ou plus ayant un groupe hydroxy, (B) un monomère de (méth)acrylate trifonctionnel ou moins et (C) un initiateur de photopolymérisation.
(JA)  本発明の目的は、2P法による基板成形の量産性に優れ、スタンパからの剥離性が特に良好で、高温多湿化でも反射膜層又は誘電体層に対する密着力の強い光ディスク用基盤を提供することにある。 本発明はそのような光ディスク用基盤の形成を可能とする多層光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物に関する。本発明にかかる多層光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物は、樹脂組成物中に、(A)1分子中に2個以上のイソシアネート基を有する有機イソシアネートと水酸基を有する3官能以上の(メタ)アクリレートを反応させて得られる6官能以上のウレタン(メタ)アクリレート、(B)3官能以下の(メタ)アクリレートモノマー、及び(C)光重合開始剤を含有する。
