Abstract:
(EN) An annular sealing device (5) provided with a core (7) and a seal lip member (8) which is secured to the core and consists of an elastic body, the annular sealing device being mounted between a metal outer member (2) and an inner member (3) which has a flange section (3a), the outer member and the inner member being concentric with each other and rotating about an axis relative to each other. The core is provided with: a fitting circular tube section (71) fitted in the inner peripheral section (2a) of the outer member; an outward facing flange-like section (73) including a contact section (74) in direct contact with a flange section-side end surface (2b) of the outer member; and an inward facing flange-like section (73). The seal lip member includes a lip base section (80) and annular lips (82-85) formed so as to concentrically extend from the lip base section. The annular lips include axial lips (82, 83), an outer cover lip (84) in sliding contact with or located close to the flange section, and a gasket lip (85) in elastic contact, on the outer diameter side of the contact section, with the end surface of the outer member in a state in which the gasket lip is compressed in the axial direction.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'étanchéité annulaire (5) qui comporte un cœur (7) et un élément lèvre de joint d'étanchéité (8) qui est fixé au cœur et qui comprend un corps élastique, le dispositif d'étanchéité annulaire étant monté entre un élément externe métallique (2) et un élément interne (3) qui comprend une section de bride (3a), l'élément externe et l'élément interne étant concentriques l'un par rapport à l'autre et tournant autour d'un axe l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le cœur comporte : une section de tube circulaire d'adaptation (71) adaptée dans la section périphérique interne (2a) de l'élément externe ; une section de type bride dirigée vers l'extérieur (113) comprenant une section de contact (74) en contact direct avec une surface d'extrémité côté section de bride (2b) de l'élément externe ; et une section de type bride dirigée vers l'intérieur (73). L'élément lèvre de joint d'étanchéité comprend une section de base de lèvre (80) et des lèvres annulaires (82-85) formées de façon à s'étendre de façon concentrique à partir de la section de base de lèvre. Les lèvres annulaires comprennent des lèvres axiales (82, 83), une lèvre de recouvrement externe (84) en contact coulissant avec ou la section de bride disposée à proximité de celle-ci, et une lèvre de joint statique (85) en contact élastique, sur le côté de diamètre externe de la section de contact, avec la surface d'extrémité de l'élément externe dans un état dans lequel la lèvre de joint statique est comprimée dans la direction axiale.
