Abstract:
(EN) A suction filtration/concentration method which comprises a sludge supply stage in which sludge is supplied to a filtration/concentration tank, a filtration/concentration stage in which the supplied sludge is concentrated by filtration within the filtration/concentration tank, a thick-sludge separation stage in which the thick sludge obtained by the filtration/concentration is separated from the outer surface of the filter cloth, and a thick-sludge discharge stage in which the separated thick sludge is discharged outside the filtration/concentration tank, wherein the filtration/concentration stage involves a step in which the thick sludge is adhered to the outer surface of the filter cloth by continuously performing suction at a given suction pressure that enables the thick sludge to retain the shape thereof even when separated in unconcentrated sludge, and the thick-sludge separation stage involves a step in which water is continuously and forcedly sent to the filter cloth via the filtration chamber over a given period to thereby separate, in the supplied unconcentrated sludge, the thick sludge (filter cake) adherent to the outer surface of the filter cloth. A suction filtration/concentration device is provided.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de filtrage/concentration par aspiration, lequel procédé comprend une étape d'alimentation en boue dans laquelle une boue est distribuée à un réservoir de filtrage/concentration, une étape de filtrage/concentration dans laquelle la boue distribuée est concentrée par filtrage à l'intérieur du réservoir de filtrage/concentration, une étape de séparation de boue épaisse dans laquelle la boue épaisse obtenue par le filtrage/concentration est séparée de la surface externe du tissu de filtre, et une étape de décharge de boue épaisse dans laquelle la boue épaisse séparée est déchargée à l'extérieur du réservoir de filtrage/concentration, l'étape de filtrage/concentration comprenant un étape dans laquelle la boue épaisse est amenée à adhérer à la surface externe du tissu de filtre par réalisation d'une aspiration continue à une pression d'aspiration donnée qui permet à la boue épaisse de conserver sa forme même lorsqu'elle est séparée en boue non concentrée, et l'étape de séparation de boue épaisse comprenant une étape dans laquelle de l'eau est envoyée de façon continue et forcée vers le tissu de filtre par l'intermédiaire de la chambre de filtrage pendant une période donnée afin de séparer ainsi, dans la boue non concentrée distribuée, la boue épaisse (gâteau de filtre) adhérant à la surface externe du tissu de filtre. L'invention porte également sur un dispositif de filtrage/concentration par aspiration.
(JA)  濾過濃縮槽内に汚泥を供給する汚泥供給段階と、供給された汚泥を濾過濃縮槽内で濾過濃縮する濾過濃縮段階と、濾過濃縮された濃縮汚泥を濾布の外表面から剥離させる濃縮汚泥剥離段階と、剥離された濃縮汚泥を濾過濃縮槽の外部に排出する濃縮汚泥排出段階とを有する吸引濾過濃縮方法において、濾過濃縮段階は、未濃縮汚泥中で濃縮汚泥を剥離させても保形性を維持可能な程度の所定吸引圧のもとで連続的に吸引することにより、濃縮汚泥を濾布の外表面に付着させる段階を有し、濃縮汚泥剥離段階は、供給された未濃縮の汚泥中で、濾過室を介して濾布に向かって水を連続的に所定時間に亘って圧送することにより、濾布の外表面に付着した濃縮汚泥(濾滓)を剥離する段階を有する吸引濾過濃縮方法、及び吸引濾過濃縮装置である。
