Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for producing irregularly shaped particles which is a method for obtaining irregularly shaped particles by allowing seed particles to absorb a polymerizable vinyl monomer in an aqueous emulsion and polymerizing the absorbed polymerizable vinyl monomer, wherein the seed particles are resin particles derived from a (meth)acrylate ester containing at least an alkyl group having 3 or more but less than 6 carbon atoms in the ester moiety and having a weight average molecular weight (measured by GPC (gel permeation chromatography)) of 150,000 to 1,000,000, and the polymerizable vinyl monomer contains a crosslinkable monomer in an amount of 5 to 50% by weight of the total amount of the polymerizable vinyl monomer.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production de particules de forme irrégulière, qui est un procédé pour obtenir des particules de forme irrégulière les opérations consistant à amener des particules d'ensemencement à absorber un monomère vinylique polymérisable dans une émulsion aqueuse et à polymériser le monomère vinylique polymérisable absorbé, les particules d'ensemencement étant des particules de résine issues d'un ester (méth)acrylate contenant au moins un groupe alkyle ayant 3 atomes de carbone ou plus mais moins de 6 atomes de carbone dans la fraction ester et ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids (mesurée par chromatographie par perméation de gel (GPC)) de 150 000 à 1 000 000, et le monomère vinylique polymérisable contenant un monomère réticulable dans une quantité de 5 à 50 % en poids de la quantité totale du monomère vinylique polymérisable.
(JA)  種粒子に、水性乳化液中の重合性ビニル系単量体を吸収させ、吸収させた重合性ビニル系単量体を重合させることにより異形粒子を得る方法であり、前記種粒子が、炭素数3以上6未満のアルキル基をエステル部に少なくとも含む(メタ)アクリル酸エステルに由来し、かつ15万~100万の重量平均分子量(GPC:ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィーによって測定)を有する樹脂粒子であり、前記重合性ビニル系単量体が、前記重合性ビニル系単量体全量に対して、架橋性単量体を5~50重量%を含む異形粒子の製造法。
