Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent element (organic EL element) which has a simple configuration, while having improved luminous efficiency and sufficient driving stability. Specifically disclosed is an organic EL element which comprise a light-emitting layer and a hole-transporting layer between a positive electrode and a negative electrode that are laminated on a substrate. The light-emitting layer contains a phosphorescent dopant and an indrocarbazole compound that serves as a host material, or alternatively, the hole-transporting layer contains an indrocarbazole compound. In this connection, the indrocarbazole compound is represented by formula (1). In the formula, each A1 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group or an aromatic heterocyclic group and at least one A1 has a fused ring structure; and each R1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or an acyl group.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique (élément EL organique) ayant une configuration simple, tout en ayant un rendement lumineux amélioré et une stabilité d'excitation suffisante. L'invention concerne en particulier un élément électroluminescent organique comprenant une couche électroluminescente et une couche de transport de trou entre une électrode positive et une électrode négative stratifiées sur un substrat. La couche électroluminescente contient un dopant phosphorescent et un composé indrocarbazole servant de matériau hôte, ou en variante, la couche de transport de trou contient un composé indrocarbazole. Dans ce cadre, le composé indrocarbazole est représenté par la formule (1). Dans la formule, chaque A1 représente un groupe d'hydrocarbure aromatique ou un groupe hétérocyclique aromatique et un ou plusieurs A1 ont une structure annulaire fondue ; et chaque R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle, un groupe alkoxy ou un groupe acyle.
(JA)  素子の発光効率を改善し、駆動安定性を充分に確保し、かつ簡略な構成をもつ有機電界発光素子(有機EL素子)を提供する。 本発明の有機EL素子は、基板上に積層された陽極と陰極の間に、発光層、正孔輸送層を有する有機電界発光素子であって、発光層に燐光発光性ドーパントとインドロカルバゾール化合物をホスト材料として含有するものであるか、又は正孔輸送層にインドロカルバゾール化合物を含有するものである。ここで、インドロカルバゾール化合物は、下記式(1)で表される。式中、Aは芳香族炭化水素基又は芳香族複素環基であるが、少なくとも一つは縮環構造を有する。Rは水素、アルキル基、アルコキシ基又はアシル基である。
