Title: ANISOTROPIC LIGHT DIFFUSION FILM, MULTILAYER SHEET OF SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Abstract:
Disclosed is an anisotropic light diffusion film which has excellent light transmittance and excellent light diffusibility, while having a function of collecting and diffusing light in a specific direction, namely an anisotropic light-diffusing function. Also disclosed are a multilayer sheet comprising the anisotropic light diffusion film and a method for producing the anisotropic light diffusion film. The anisotropic light diffusion film is characterized by being formed from a mixture of at least two incompatible thermoplastic resins and satisfying the following characteristics (1)-(4) at the same time. (1) The total light transmittance is not less than 66%. (2) The haze value is more than 80%. (3) The parallel light transmittance is less than 20%. (4) Either the diffusion degree ratio 1 (DH1/DL1) or the diffusion degree ratio 2 (DH2/DL2) of the transmitted light that is measured by a goniophotometer at an incident angle of 0˚ is more than 2.0, said diffusion degree ratios 1 and 2 being determined according to the method explained in the description.
