Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a structure of an organic EL element capable of reducing the product cost by drastically simplifying the fabrication process as compared with a conventional multi-photon organic EL element. An insulating organic layer having a low dielectric constant is interposed to smooth the transfer of electron charges between a strong electron-accepting material and an electron transport layer included in a charge generation layer of the conventional multi-photon organic EL element.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une structure d'un élément organique électroluminescent qui est apte à réduire les coûts de production en simplifiant de façon drastique le processus de fabrication comparé à celui d'un élément organique électroluminescent multiphoton conventionnel. Une couche organique isolante ayant une constante diélectrique faible est intercalée dans le but de lisser le transfert de charges d'électrons entre un matériau résistant acceptant les électrons et une couche de transport d'électrons intégrée dans une couche de génération de charge de l'élément organique électroluminescent multiphoton conventionnel.
(JA)  従来型マルチフォトン有機EL素子に比べて、製造工程を大幅に簡便化して、製品の低コスト化を可能にする有機EL素子の構造を提供する。従来型マルチフォトン有機EL素子の電荷発生層内の強電子受容性物質と電子輸送性層との間の電子電荷の移動をスムースに行うため、低誘電率の絶縁性有機物層を介在させる。
