Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method of producing a novel and useful material which can be safely used as a soil-improving agent, a fertilizer, a feed and so on without imposing burdens on the environment or human body. Neem, which has been optionally processed, is mixed with complex microorganisms, a natural enzyme, a base material to be fermented and water and then deposited. The obtained mixture is fermented at 60oC or below under agitating. In the case where it is required to produce a liquid product, water is further added followed by solid/liquid separation. By using the complex microorganisms together with the natural enzyme, it is possible to conduct symbiotic circulatory reductive fermentation wherein fermentation is repeated over a long time by aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria complementing each other. As a result, a useful material can be obtained.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une nouvelle matière utile qui peut être utilisée de façon sûre en tant qu'agent améliorant le sol, engrais, aliment pour animaux etc., sans imposer de charges sur l'environnement ou le corps humain. Le margousier, qui a été facultativement traité, est mélangé avec des micro-organismes complexes, une enzyme naturelle, une matière de base devant être fermentée et de l'eau puis déposé. Le mélange obtenu est fermenté à 60°C ou moins sous agitation. Dans le cas où il est nécessaire de produire un produit liquide, de l'eau est en outre ajoutée suivie d'une séparation solide/liquide. Par l'utilisation des micro-organismes complexes conjointement avec l'enzyme naturelle, il est possible de mener une fermentation réductrice circulatoire symbiotique, la fermentation étant répétée sur une longue période de temps par des bactéries aérobies et des bactéries anaérobies se complémentant les unes aux autres. En conséquence, une matière utile peut être obtenue.
(JA) 環境や人体への負担が無く、土壌改良剤、肥料、飼料等として安全に利用できる、新規且つ有用な材料の製造方法の提供。ニームまたはその処理物に、複合微生物と天然酵素と発酵基材と水とを合わせて堆積させ、切り返しをしながら60°C以下で発酵させる。液状体にする場合には、さらに水を加えて固液分離する。複合微生物と天然天延酵素の併用により、好気性菌と嫌気性菌が相互補完しながら延々と発酵を繰り返す共生循環還元発酵が実現され、その結果として有用な材料が得られる。
