(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE COMMANDE D'ALIMENTATION EN MATÉRIAU D'UN MOULIN À CYLINDRES ET MOULINS ANALOGUES
Abstract:
(EN) A description is given of a method for controlling the material feed to a roller mill for continuous grinding of particulate material, such as cement raw materials, cement clinker and similar materials, which roller mill comprises a substantially horizontal grinding table (1) and a number of rollers (2) operating interactively therewith, said rollers rotating about separate roller shafts (3) which are connected to a vertical central shaft (4) via a hinged connection (5) allowing a free circular movement of the roller up and down in a plane comprising the centreline (6) of the roller shaft, where material to be ground is continuously fed to the roller mill, with ground material being continuously diverted from the roller mill. The method is peculiar in that an angle ( α ) between at least one of the roller shaft centrelines (6) and a reference line (18) is measured and used as an input signal for a control circuit for controlling the material feed. Hereby is obtained a fast and adequate control of the material feed which takes due account of the immediate operating environment in the roller mill in terms of material charge, ie the amount of material present in the roller mill at any given time. This is due to the fact that variations in the angular positions of the roller shafts will provide a prompt and significant indication of any tendency towards overfilling or emptying of the mill.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande de l'alimentation en matériau d'un moulin à cylindres, destiné au broyage en continu d'un matériau en particules, comme des matières premières de ciment, du mâchefer de ciment et des matériaux similaires, lequel moulin à cylindres comprend une table de broyage sensiblement horizontale (1) et plusieurs cylindres (2) fonctionnant de façon interactive avec elle, lesdits cylindres pivotant autour d'axes de cylindres séparés (3) qui sont raccordés à un axe central vertical (4) par le biais d'un dispositif d'assemblage articulé (5) permettant un mouvement circulaire libre du cylindre vers le haut et vers le bas dans un plan qui comprend la ligne centrale (6) de l'axe de cylindre. Le matériau à broyer est alimenté en continu vers le moulin à cylindres, le broyat étant éloigné en continu du moulin à cylindres. Le procédé est original en ce qu'un angle (α) compris entre au moins l'une des lignes centrales d'axe de cylindre (6) et une ligne de référence (18) est mesuré et utilisé comme un signal d'entrée pour un circuit de commande permettant de commander l'alimentation en matériau. On obtient ainsi une commande rapide et adaptée de l'alimentation en matériau, qui tient compte de l'environnement d'exploitation immédiat dans le moulin à cylindres en termes de charge de matériau, à savoir la quantité de matériau présente dans le moulin à cylindres à un moment donné. Ceci est dû au fait que des variations des positions angulaires des axes de cylindres assureront une indication rapide et signifiante de toute tendance concernant un remplissage excessif ou le vidage du moulin.
