Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für die Herstellung von zwei- und dreidimensional strukturierten, aus Nanofasern bestehenden, mikro- und nanoporösen Vliesen in einer beliebigen Form mit einem sehr großem Abdeckungs- bzw. Abscheidungsgrad der Fasern durch eine vordefinierte leitfähige Schablone (Template) als Kollektor sowie die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Vliese. Durch die über die Akkumulationszeit der Fasern einstellbare Ablagerungsdichte der mittels eines Elektrospinnprozesses erzeugten Nanofasern kann die dreidimensionale Strukturbildung gezielt beeinflusst werden.

The invention relates to a method for producing two- and three-dimensionally structured, microporous and nanoporous nonwoven fabrics composed of nanofibers in any form with a very high degree of covering or depositing the fibers by a predefined conductive template as a collector and to the use of the nonwoven fabrics according to the invention. The three-dimensional structural formation can be influenced in a specific manner by the deposition density of the nanofibers produced by means of an electrospinning process, which deposition density can be set by means of the accumulation time of the fibers.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une forme quelconque de non-tissés microporeux et nanoporeux, constitués de nanofibres et de structure bi- ou tridimensionnelle, présentant un taux très élevé de couverture ou de séparation des fibres, au moyen d'un gabarit (template) conducteur prédéfini servant de collecteur, ainsi que l'utilisation des non-tissés selon l'invention. L'épaisseur de dépôt réglable pendant le temps d'accumulation des fibres de nanofibres produites au moyen d'un processus d'électro-filage permet d'influer de manière ciblée sur la formation de la structure tridimentionnelle.
