Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to compositions comprising at least one polymer containing isocyanate groups, at least one specific blocked amine and fine-particle boric acid. These produce curable polyurethane compositions with good working characteristics, in particular a long open time, said compositions curing extremely rapidly after application with a sufficient application of heat and curing or postcuring even if the application of heat is insufficient or not carried out. A material with comparably good mechanical characteristics is achieved with both curing methods.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des compositions comprenant au moins un polymère présentant des groupes d'isocyanates, au moins une amine bloquée spéciale de même que des acides boriques en fines particules. Il en résulte des compositions de polyuréthane qui sont aptes au durcissement et qui présentent des propriétés favorables à leur applicabilité, en particulier un temps d'ouverture prolongé, et qui, d'une part, durcissent très rapidement après application en cas d'apport de chaleur suffisant et, d'autre part, durcissent voire redurcissent même en cas d'apport de chaleur insuffisant ou inexistant, les deux procédés de durcissement permettant d'obtenir des matériaux présentant de bonnes propriétés mécaniques de valeur équivallente.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Zusammensetzungen, welche mindestens ein Isocyanatgruppen aufweisendes Polymer, mindestens ein spezielles blockiertes Amin sowie feinteilige Borsäure umfassen. Es resultieren härtbare Polyurethanzusammensetzungen mit guten Verarbeitungseigenschaften, insbesondere einer langen Offenzeit, die einerseits nach der Applikation bei genügender Wärmezufuhr sehr rasch aushärten, und die andererseits bei ungenügender oder ausbleibender Wärmezufuhr trotzdem aus- bzw. nachhärten, wobei als Ergebnis der beiden Aushärtungsverfahren ein Material mit vergleichbar guten mechanischen Eigenschaften erhalten wird.
