Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a synchronizing ring, wherein a friction surface of a substrate made of metal in the form of a synchronizing ring is coated with a carbon coating. In order to reduce the effort of production, particularly in short runs, the invention proposes that the substrate is made of a copper-zinc alloy.
(FR) L'invention concerne une bague de synchronisation, une surface de frottement d'un substrat constitué de métal et se présentant sous la forme d'une bague de synchronisation étant revêtue d'une couche de carbone. Afin de réduire la complexité de fabrication, en particulier pour les petites séries, le substrat est réalisé en un alliage cuivre-zinc.
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Synchronring, bei dem eine Reibfläche eines aus Metall in Form eines Synchronrings hergestellten Substrats mit einer Karbonschicht beschichtet ist. Zur Verringerung des Herstellungsaufwands, insbesondere bei Kleinserien, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Substrat aus einer Kupfer- Zink-Legierung hergestellt ist.
