A mesh network has a plurality of nodes that can be arranged in a two or three dimensional arrangement. The address-based mesh routing scheme sends a full address and full data on every clock cycle. The system can include broadcasting to columns, rows, planes, or all system elements using a single data transaction. A selectable routing scheme can be random, fixed, or adaptive, depending on user configuration. A registered transaction- weight scheme is provided that can stall transactions in a mesh without having to resend data.

L'invention concerne un réseau maillé présentant une pluralité de nœuds pouvant être disposés en deux ou trois dimensions. Le schéma de routage maillé basé sur une adresse envoie une adresse complète et des données complètes à chaque cycle d'horloge. Le système peut comprendre une diffusion en colonnes, rangées, plans ou tous les éléments systèmes à l'aide d'une seule transaction de données. Un schéma de routage sélectionnable peut être aléatoire, fixe ou adaptatif en fonction de la configuration utilisateur. L'invention concerne également un schéma transaction/poids enregistré capable d'organiser les transactions dans un maillage sans devoir renvoyer les données.
