Disclosed is a transdermal preparation which comprises a non-liquid drug reservoir layer (2) that has first and second main surfaces and contains a drug and a polymer that serves as a base, a drug permeation layer (4) that is formed on the first main surface side of the drug reservoir layer (2) and has a drug permeability lower than that of the drug reservoir layer (2), and a first supporting body (3) that is so formed as to cover the lateral surface of the drug reservoir layer and has a bending resistance of 10-80 mm. Consequently, the transdermal preparation can have reduced skin irritation.

La présente invention concerne une préparation transdermique qui renferme une couche de réservoir de médicament non liquide (2) qui comprend une première et une seconde surfaces principales et qui contient un médicament et un polymère qui sert de base, une couche de perméation du médicament (4) qui est formée du côté de la première surface principale de la couche de réservoir du médicament (2) et qui présente une perméabilité du médicament inférieure à celle de la couche de réservoir du médicament (2) et un premier corps de support (3) qui est ainsi formé pour couvrir la surface latérale de la couche de réservoir du médicament et qui présente une résistance à la flexion de 10 à 80 mm. En conséquence, la préparation transdermique peut présenter une diminution de l'irritation cutanée.
