Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gebaudeelement, insbesondere Wand- oder Deckenelement, bei dem zwischen einer aus Beton hergestellten tragenden ersten Platte (1) und einer im Wesentlichen parallel dazu angebrachten, aus Beton hergestellten zweiten Platte (2) ein Zwischenraum (3) gebildet ist. Zur Verbesserung der thermischen Isolation sowie zur Vereinfachung der Aufrichtung eines Gebäudes vor Ort wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die erste (1) und die zweite Platte (2) gasdicht ausgeführt sind, und dass der Zwischenraum (3) durch eine umlaufende Dichtung (4, 4a, 4b) begrenzt ist.

The invention relates to a building element, in particular a wall or ceiling element, in which an interspace (3) is formed between a load-bearing first slab (1) made of concrete and a second slab (2) made of concrete and mounted substantially parallel to the first. To improve the thermal insulation and to simplify the erection of a building in situ, it is proposed according to the invention that the first (1) and the second slab (2) are made gas-tight and that the interspace (3) is bounded by a peripheral seal (4, 4a, 4b).

La présente invention concerne un élément de construction, en particulier un élément de mur ou de plafond présentant un vide intercalaire (3) entre une première plaque (1) porteuse en béton et une seconde plaque (2) sensiblement parallèle à la première. Pour améliorer l'isolation thermique ainsi que pour simplifier d'édification d'une construction sur place, l'invention propose que la première plaque (1) et la seconde plaque (2) soient par réalisation étanches aux gaz, et que le vide intercalaire (3) soit clos au moyen d'un joint périphérique étanche (4, 4a, 4b).
