Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for managing the state of charge of a battery (BAT) onboard an electric vehicle or hybrid vehicle of "Plug-in Hybrid" type (VH). The device comprises first means (10) for learning and saving data characterizing frequent parking locations in which the battery (BAT) is placed on charge. It comprises a navigation system (16) for acquiring the instantaneous coordinates of the vehicle (VH). It comprises second means (10) for learning and storing data characterizing the habitual or exceptional journeys of the vehicle (VH), so as to generate usage profiles characteristic of the vehicle during predetermined time periods. The data recorded by the two learning means are combined, when the vehicle (VH) reaches a final location for placing the battery (BAT) on charge, so as to generate a value of minimum degree of charge making it possible to ensure sufficient autonomy of the vehicle (VH) after the charging of the battery (BAT).

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de gestion de l'état de charge d'une batterie embarquée (BAT) dans un véhicule électrique ou hybride de type "Plug-in Hybrid" (VH). Le dispositif comprend des premiers moyens (10) d'apprentissage et de mémorisation de données caractérisant des localisations de parking fréquents dans lesquelles la batterie {BAT) est mise en charge. Il comprend un système de navigation (16) pour l'acquisition des coordonnées instantanées du véhicule (VH). Il comprend des deuxièmes moyens (10) d'apprentissage et de stockage de données caractérisant les trajets habituels ou exceptionnels du véhicule (VH), de façon à générer des profils d'utilisation caractéristiques du véhicule pendant des périodes de temps prédéterminées. Les données enregistrées par les deux moyens d'apprentissage sont combinées, lorsque le véhicule (VH) atteint une localisation finale de mise en charge de la batterie {BAT), de façon à générer une valeur de taux de charge minimum permettant d'assurer une autonomie suffisante du véhicule (VH) après la charge de la batterie {BAT).
