Abstract

Method of producing cellulose surgical cotton includes preliminary mechanical processing of cellulose cotton fibers, chemical processing by means of fibers processing in alkaline medium, water flushing and bleaching, flushing and drying. A new element is additional physical mechanical processing of cellulose fiber by means of roll milling with counterrotation of rolls at temperature 50- 200 °C after drying is completed and contact time of fibers with rolls during 0,5- 2,0 seconds. In this case roll milling is performed with equal rotary speed in time unit with different rolls diameter or roll milling is performed with different rotary speed in time unit with equal rolls diameter. As a result of using this method sorption capacity of derived cotton increases 4-7 times more with respect to various biological fluids.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de coton chirurgical cellulosique consistant à effectuer un traitement mécanique préliminaire des fibres de coton cellulosique, un traitement chimique par traitement des fibres dans un milieu alcalin, un rinçage à l'eau et un blanchiment, un nouveau rinçage et un séchage. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un traitement mécanique physique supplémentaire des fibres de cellulose est effectué au moyen d'un malaxeur à rouleaux présentant des rouleaux en contre-rotation, à une température comprise entre 50 et 200°C, une fois séchage terminé, le temps de contact des fibres avec les rouleaux étant compris entre 0,5 et 2, 0 seconde. Dans ce cas, le malaxage par rouleaux s'effectue soit avec une vitesse de rotation uniforme, les rouleaux présentant des diamètres différents, soit avec des vitesses de rotation différentes, avec des rouleaux de même diamètre. Ainsi, le procédé selon invention permet d'augmenter de 4 à 7 fois la capacité d'absorption de coton dérivé par rapport à des fluides biologiques variés.
