A transmission side robot controlling device (21) and a receiving side robot controlling device (21) are respectively provided with an EPROM (27) which is a first storage unit to store a software updating program and a robot motion control software; a RAM (24) which is a second storage unit to store the software updating program read out from the first storage unit; and a storage medium (26B) which is a third storage unit to store an updating software, so that an external terminal or a host computer for software updating is not required, a unified use of an old version in a plurality of robot control devices is possible, verification of the currently stored version is not necessary, and updating can be performed at a high speed.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif (21) de commande d'un robot côté transmission et sur un dispositif (21) de commande d'un robot côté réception, qui sont chacun pourvu d'une EPROM (27), qui est une première unité de stockage destinée à stocker un programme de mise à jour de logiciel et un logiciel de commande du mouvement du robot ; une RAM (24), qui est une deuxième unité de stockage, destinée à stocker le programme de mise à jour du logiciel lu par la première unité de stockage ; et un support d'informations (26B), qui est la troisième unité de stockage, destiné à stocker un logiciel de mise à jour, de sorte qu'un terminal extérieur, ou un ordinateur hôte pour la mise à jour du logiciel, n'est pas requis, qu'une utilisation unifiée d'une version ancienne dans une pluralité de dispositifs de commande du robot est possible, qu'une vérification de la version actuellement stockée n'est pas nécessaire, et que la mise à jour peut être mise en œuvre à grande vitesse.

送信側ロボット制御装置(21)および受信側ロボット制御装置(21)が、それぞれ、ソフトウェア更新処理用プログラムおよびロボット動作制御ソフトウェアを記憶する第1記憶部であるEPROM(27)と、第1記憶部から読み出されたソフトウェア更新処理用プログラムを記憶する第2記憶部であるRAM(24)と、更新用ソフトウェアを記憶する第3記憶部である記憶メディア(26B)とを備えることにより、ソフトウェア更新のための外部端末やホストコンピュータが不要で、複数のロボット制御装置を古いバージョンにも統一することができ、現在記憶しているバージョンの確認が不要で、速い速度で更新を行なうことができる。
