The invention relates to a method for controlling traditional IVR for use in semi-duplex communication between a user terminal using semi-duplex communication and an IVR, consisting of: reception (101, 201) by a gateway (3) of a request to establish a communication between a pre-determined terminal (4) and an IVR (6); establishment of a session S1 (103, 203) between the terminal (4) and the gateway (3); establishment of a session S2 (104, 204) between the gateway (3) and the IVR (4); establishment of control of session S1 by the terminal (4); sending (112, 212) by the gateway (3) to the IVR (6) of a signal so that the IVR can send audio information to the terminal (4) via the gateway (3); sending (117, 217) by the IVR (6) to the gateway (3) of a signal indicating that the IVR (6) has finished sending the audio information; and the freeing (118, 218) of the floor in session S1 by the gateway (3).

Método de control de IVR convencional para su uso en comunicación semi- dúplex entre un terminal de usuario que emplea comunicación semi-dúplex y un IVR, comprendiendo: - recibir (101, 201 ) una pasarela (3) una petición para establecer comunicación entre un terminal (4) determinado y un IVR (6); - establecer una sesión S1 (103,203) entre el terminal (4) y la pasarela (3); - establecer una sesión S2 (104,204) entre la pasarela (3) y el IVR (4); - establecer el terminal (4) el control de la sesión S1; - enviar (112,212) la pasarela (3) al IVR (6) una señal para que el IVR envíe información de audio hacia el terminal (4), a través de la pasarela (3); - enviar (117,217) el IVR (6) a la pasarela (3) una señal indicadora de que el IVR (6) ya ha finalizado de enviar la información de audio; - liberar (118,218) la pasarela (3) el piso en la sesión S1.

L'invention concerne un procédé de commande à réponse vocale interactive (RVI) classique destiné à être utilisé dans des communications en semi-duplex entre un terminal utilisateur qui utilise une communication en semi-duplex et une RVI, qui consiste: - à recevoir (101, 201) au niveau d'une passerelle (3) une demande d'établissement de communication entre un terminal (4) déterminé et une RVI (6); - à établir une session S1 (103, 203) entre le terminal et la passerelle (3); - à établir une session S2 (104, 204) entre la passerelle (3) et la RVI (4); - à établir au niveau du terminal (4) la commande de la session S1; - à envoyer (112, 212) de la passerelle (3) à la RVI (6) un signal pour que la RVI envoie des informations audio vers le terminal (4) à travers la passerelle (3); - à envoyer (117, 217) de la RVI à la passerelle (3) un signal indiquant que la RVI (6) a terminé l'envoi des informations audio; - à libérer (118, 218) de la passerelle (3) l'étage dans la session S1.
