Disclosed is a hydrophilic composition for forming hydrophilic films that have high thermal diffusivity and are superior from the viewpoints of hydrophilicity, water resistance, and contamination resistance. The hydrophilic composition contains a hydrophilic polymer that includes a hydrolyzable silyl group, said composition being characterized in that the difference between the time it takes the temperature of a hydrophilic member with a hydrophilic film formed on a base material using said hydrophilic composition, as measured by the laser-flash method, to reach half the maximum attainable temperature and the time it takes the temperature of said base material, as measured by the laser-flash method, to reach half the maximum attainable temperature is 0.01 milliseconds or less.

L'invention concerne une composition hydrophile permettant de former des films hydrophiles présentant une diffusivité thermique élevée et qui sont supérieurs du point de vue du caractère hydrophile, de la résistance à l'eau et de la résistance aux contaminations. Cette composition hydrophile contient un polymère hydrophile qui comprend un groupe silyle hydrolysable, et est caractérisée en ce que la différence entre le temps nécessaire pour que la température, mesurée par un procédé flash laser, d'un élément hydrophile comportant un film hydrophile formé sur une matière de base à l'aide de cette composition hydrophile atteigne la moitié de la température maximum pouvant être atteinte, et le temps nécessaire pour que la température, mesurée par le procédé flash laser, de ladite matière de base atteigne la température maximum pouvant être atteinte, est égale ou inférieure à 0,01 millisecondes.

 熱拡散率が高く、かつ親水性、耐水性、及び耐汚染性の観点で優れた親水性膜を形成するための親水性組成物を提供することを目的とし、加水分解性シリル基を含む親水性ポリマーを含有する親水性組成物であって、該親水性組成物を用いて形成した親水性膜を基材上に有する親水性部材のレーザーフラッシュ法により測定した最大到達温度の半分の温度に達するまでの時間と、該基材のレーザーフラッシュ法により測定した最大到達温度の半分の温度に達するまでの時間との差が、0.01ミリ秒以内であることを特徴とする親水性組成物を提供する。
