Abstract:
(EN) The invention is directed to methods for reprogramming somatic cells to a less differentiated state. In particular, the invention is directed to methods for reprogramming amnion epithelial cells (AEC) including amnion-derived cells (ADC) and Amnion-derived Multipotent Progenitor cells (AMP cells) to a less differentiated state. The invention is further directed to compositions comprising reprogrammed AEC, ADC and AMP cells, and uses thereof.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des procédés de reprogrammation de cellules somatiques dans un état moins différencié. En particulier, l'invention porte sur des procédés de reprogrammation de cellules épithéliales amniotiques (AEC) comprenant des cellules issues de l'amnios (ADC) et des cellules progénitrices pluripotentes issues de l'amnios (cellules AMP) dans un état moins différencié.
