Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a waste heat recovery incinerator using combustible waste as fuel which can: extend service life by protecting a combustion plate and a second oxygen support pipe provided in a combustion chamber from thermal deformation and corrosion by high temperature heat and the combustion gases of the combustion chamber, prevent endurance reduction resulting from foreign materials accumulated on the interior wall of the combustion chamber, and minimize harmful materials included in exhaust gas by inducing perfect combustion of combustion gases generated during combustion of fuel, thereby preventing air pollution. In the present invention, the waste heat recovery incinerator using combustible waste as fuel comprises the combustion chamber which is formed by surrounding walls of fire- and heat-proof material and the combustion plate which is installed to rotate on the bottom of the combustion chamber and burns fuel placed thereon. The combustion plate comprises: a conical rotating plate of alloy steel material in which plural spray nozzles spraying combustion air in a specific direction are projected from the upper surface, a rotary shaft which is connected to the lower center of the rotating plate to support rotation of the rotating plate, an air manifold which is arranged under the rotating plate in order to supply combustion air to the rotating plate, and a fire- and heat-proof cover member which covers from the top of the rotating plate to the projecting height of the spray nozzles in order to prevent the upper surface of the rotating plate from being exposed and the spray nozzles from protruding toward the combustion chamber.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un incinérateur à récupération de la chaleur résiduelle qui utilise des déchets combustibles en tant que combustible, ledit incinérateur selon l'invention pouvant: allonger la durée de vie utile du fait de la protection d'une plaque de combustion et d'une seconde conduite auxiliaire d'oxygène se trouvant dans la chambre de combustion, contre la déformation thermique et la corrosion par la chaleur très élevée et les gaz de combustion très chauds de la chambre de combustion; empêcher la diminution de la résistance résultant de l'accumulation de matières étrangères sur la paroi interne de la chambre de combustion et réduire au maximum les matières dangereuses inclues dans le gaz d'échappement par induction d'une combustion parfaite des gaz de combustion produits lors de la combustion du combustible, ce qui empêche ainsi la pollution de l'air. Dans la présente invention, l'incinérateur à récupération de la chaleur résiduelle utilisant des déchets combustibles en tant que combustible comprend la chambre de combustion qui est formée par des parois périphériques en matériau résistant au feu et à la chaleur et la plaque de combustion qui est installée de manière à tourner sur le fond de la chambre de combustion et qui brûle le combustible qui s'y trouve. La plaque de combustion comprend: une plaque tournante conique en alliage métallique dans laquelle plusieurs buses de pulvérisation qui pulvérisent de l'air de combustion dans une direction spécifique dépassent de la surface supérieure, un arbre rotatif qui est couplé au centre inférieur de la plaque de rotation pour permettre la rotation de la plaque tournante, un collecteur d'air qui est disposé sous la plaque tournante afin d'alimenter la plaque tournante en air de combustion et un élément formant couvercle résistant au feu et à la chaleur qui recouvre le haut de la plaque tournante et la partie des buses de pulvérisation qui dépasse afin d'empêcher la surface supérieure de la plaque tournante d'être exposée et les buses de pulvérisation de dépasser en direction de la chambre de combustion.
(KO) 연소실 내에 구비되는 연소판 및 제2 산소공급관을 연소실의 고온 및 연소가스로에 의해 열변형과 부식으로부터 보호하여 수명을 더욱 연장시킬 수 있고, 연소실 내벽면에 이물이 부착하여 내구성을 저하시키는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 연료의 연소시 발생하는 연소가스에 대하여 완전연소를 유도하여 배기가스에 포함된 유해물질을 최소화함으로써 대기오염을 예방할 수 있는 가연성 폐물질을 연료로 활용하는 열회수 소각 연소로를 개시한다. 본 발명은, 내화·내열물질층으로 이루어진 벽체에 의해 둘러쌓여 형성된 연소실과, 상기 연소실의 하부에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 연료가 놓여져 연소 되는 연소판을 구비한 가연성 폐물질을 연료로 활용하는 열회수 소각 연소로에 있어서, 상기 연소판은, 일정한 방향으로 연소공기를 분사하는 다수의 분사노즐이 상면으로부터 돌출하여 배치되고 합금강재로 제작된 원뿔형상의 회전판과, 상기 회전판의 중앙하부에 연결되어 회전판을 회전가능하게 지지하는 회전축과, 상기 회전판 하부에 배치되어 회전판 내부로 연소공기를 공급하기 위한 공기메니폴더와, 상기 회전판의 상면을 분사노즐의 돌출 높이 만큼 덮어 회전판의 상면이 노출되지 않도록 함과 동시에. 분사노즐이 연소실측으로 돌출되지 않도록 하는 내열·내화성 커버부재로 구성된다.
