Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing an unpolished profile rail for use in a linear motion guide according to the present invention comprises: a decarburization layer removal step of removing a decarburization layer from the surface of a rod-shaped base formed by a hot rolling process; an intermediate drawing step of obtaining an intermediate form, by performing lubricating, cold drawing, and stress-removing annealing processes 1 to 4 times on the base to enable the base passed through the decarburization layer removal step to have a shape similar to that of a final rail for the guide; a surface treatment step of performing a blasting treatment on the surface of the intermediate form; a lubricating step of applying a lubricant to the surface of the base passed through the surface treatment step; a final drawing step of drawing the base passed through the lubricating step by controlling the area reduction of the base to be 1% to 13%; a hardening heat treatment step of performing a surface hardening heat treatment instead of polishing the surface of the rail passed through the final drawing step; and a finishing step of punching holes for mounting parts to the rail passed through the hardening heat treatment step.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un rail en profilé non poli à utiliser dans un guide de mouvement linéaire, comportant : une étape d'élimination de la couche de décarburation consistant à éliminer une couche de décarburation de la surface d'un lopin en forme de barre formé par un processus de laminage à chaud; une étape intermédiaire d'étirage consistant à obtenir une forme intermédiaire, en effectuant 1 à 4 fois sur le lopin des processus de lubrification, d'étirage à froid et de recuit d'élimination de contraintes afin de permettre au lopin ayant subi l'étape d'élimination de la couche de décarburation de présenter une forme similaire à celle d'un rail fini du guide; une étape de traitement de surface consistant à effectuer un traitement de décapage à la surface de la forme intermédiaire; une étape de lubrification consistant à appliquer un lubrifiant à la surface du lopin ayant subi l'étape de traitement de surface; une étape finale d'étirage consistant à étirer le lopin ayant subi l'étape de lubrification en régulant la réduction de section du lopin de 1% à 13%; une étape de traitement thermique de trempe consistant à effectuer un traitement thermique de trempe superficielle au lieu de polir la surface du rail ayant subi l'étape finale d'étirage; et une étape de finition consistant à pratiquer des trous par poinçonnage en vue du montage de pièces sur le rail ayant subi l'étape de traitement thermique de trempe.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 리니어 모션 가이드용 무연마형 프로파일 레일의 제조방법은, 부품의 직선 운동을 안내하기 위한 리니어 모션 가이드용 레일을 제조하는 방법으로서, 열간압연에 의해 형성된 환봉 형상의 모재 표면의 탈탄층을 제거하는 탈탄층 제거 단계; 상기 탈탄층 제거 단계를 거친 모재를 최종적인 가이드용 레일 형상과 근사한 형상으로 성형하도록 윤활, 냉간인발, 응력제거 어닐링을 1~4회 실시하여 중간형상재를 형성하는 중간인발 단계; 상기 중간형상재의 표면을 블라스팅 처리하는 표면제어 단계; 상기 표면제어 단계를 거친 모재의 표면에 윤활제를 도포하는 윤활 단계; 상기 윤활 단계를 거친 모재를 사용하여 그 모재의 단면 감소율을 1% 내지 13%로 제어하면서 인발 가공하는 최종인발 단계; 상기 최종인발 단계를 거친 레일의 표면을 연마하지 않고, 표면 경화를 위한 열처리를 행하는 경화 열처리 단계; 및 상기 경화 열처리 단계를 거친 레일에 부품 장착용 구멍을 가공하는 마무리 가공 단계; 를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
