Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a carbon treatment system for supplying decomposition heat to waste tires. The carbon treatment system of the present invention comprises: a carbon storage tank which receives carbon separated from a thermal decomposition furnace for thermally decomposing waste tires and which stores the received carbon; a burner which receives oil or gas contained in the steam generated during a process of thermally decomposing waste tires, and burns the received oil or gas; and a combustion furnace arranged at one side of the burner to burn the carbon supplied by the carbon storage tank using the burner as an ignition source and to supply heat generated during the combustion to the thermal decomposition furnace. The thus-configured system of the present invention completely burns the carbon separated from waste tires to prevent contamination and reutilizes the heat generated during combustion to maximize the economical operation thereof, and therefore is of great industrial usefulness.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de traitement de carbone permettant de fournir une chaleur de décomposition à des pneumatiques usés. Le système de traitement de carbone de l'invention comprend : un réservoir de stockage de carbone qui reçoit du carbone séparé provenant d'un four de décomposition thermique destiné à décomposer des pneumatiques usés sous l'action de la chaleur, et qui stocke le carbone reçu; un brûleur qui reçoit de l'huile ou du gaz contenu dans le flux généré pendant un processus de décomposition thermique des pneumatiques usés, et brûle l'huile et le gaz reçus; et un four de combustion agencé sur un côté du bruleur pour brûler le carbone fourni par le réservoir de stockage de carbone au moyen du bruleur utilisé comme source d'allumage, et pour alimenter le four de décomposition thermique en chaleur générée pendant la combustion. Le système de l'invention ainsi configuré brûle complètement le carbone séparé des pneumatiques usés pour empêcher la contamination et réutilise la chaleur générée pendant la combustion pour maximiser l'opération économique, ce qui présente une grande utilité industrielle.
(KO) 본 발명은 폐타이어 분해열원 공급용 카본처리 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명은 폐타이어를 열 분해시키는 열 분해로에서 분리된 카본을 공급받아 저장하는 카본 저장탱크와; 상기 폐타이어의 열 분해 과정에서 생성된 증기에 포함된 오일이나 가스를 공급받아 이를 연소시키는 버너와; 상기 버너의 일측에 설치되어 이를 점화원으로 하여 상기 카본 저장탱크로부터 공급받은 카본을 연소시키고, 연소과정에서 발생된 열을 상기 열 분해로로 공급하도록 배관되는 연소로를 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 통해 폐타이어에서 분리된 카본을 완전 연소시켜 오염 발생을 방지하고, 연소 과정에서 생성된 열을 재활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 경제적인 운영을 극대화시킬 수 있어 산업상 대단히 유용한 효과가 기대된다.
