Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a flat fireproof LED lighting device in which fire retardant including a heat emitting metal sheet is coated on a flat LED lighting device so that a light guide plate is prevented from melting in case of fire in order to suppress the spread of fire and drastically improve heat emission and quality. The present invention for realizing this comprises a light emitting unit in which LEDs are consecutively installed on a PCB, a light guide plate for inducing and diffusing light, and a heat emitting unit for emitting the heat of the light emitting unit which are all combined in the flat LED lighting device. An incombustible coating that covers fire retardant on the external surface of the flat LED lighting device is additionally included to enhance fireproof features of the light guide plate wherein the incombustible coating covers a light emitting surface of the light guide plate and is incombustible. The present invention further comprises a floodlight PC (Poly Carbonate) plate made of a floodlight body, a heat emitting metal sheet having a heat emitting function by contacting the heat emitting unit for heat exchange and covering the back of the light guide plate and a metal tape surrounding the side circumference of a laminate in which the floodlight PC plate, the light guide plate and the heat emitting metal sheet are sequentially laminated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage plat ignifugé à DEL dans lequel un agent ignifuge comprenant une feuille de métal émettrice de chaleur est disposé en revêtement sur un dispositif d'éclairage plat à DEL de façon à empêcher la fusion d'une plaque de guidage optique en cas d'incendie et à enrayer ainsi la propagation du feu, ce qui réduit considérablement l'émission de chaleur et améliore la qualité. Pour obtenir ce résultat, le dispositif de l'invention comprend: un bloc électroluminescent comportant des DEL installées consécutivement sur une carte de circuit imprimé; une plaque de guidage optique pour l'émission et la diffusion de lumière; et un bloc d'émission de chaleur pour émettre la chaleur du bloc électroluminescent, tous ces éléments étant combinés dans le dispositif d'éclairage plat à DEL. Un revêtement incombustible recouvrant l'agent ignifuge sur la surface extérieure du dispositif d'éclairage plat à DEL est en outre ajouté pour améliorer les caractéristiques ignifugeantes de la plaque de guidage optique. Ce revêtement incombustible recouvre une surface électroluminescente de la plaque de guidage optique. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend en outre une plaque à projecteurs en polycarbonate constituée d'un bloc de projecteurs, d'une feuille de métal émettrice de chaleur ayant une fonction d'émission de chaleur par le fait d'être au contact du bloc d'émission de chaleur pour assurer un échange thermique et de couvrir le dos de la plaque de guidage optique; et une bande métallique entourant la circonférence latérale d'un stratifié dans lequel la plaque à projecteurs en polycarbonate, la plaque de guidage optique et la feuille de métal émettrice de chaleur sont séquentiellement stratifiées.
(KO) 본 발명은 도광판이 구비되는 평판형 엘이디 조명기구가 방열 금속시트를 포함하는 난연재로 피복됨으로써 화재발생시 도광판의 녹아내림이 방지되어 화재확산을 방지함과 아울러 방열성능 및 품질특성이 획기적으로 향상되도록 하는 내화 평판형 엘이디 조명기구에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 피씨비 상에 엘이디가 연속설치되는 발광수단, 상기 엘이디의 빛을 유도 확산시키기 위한 도광판 및 상기 발광수단의 방열을 위한 방열수단이 결합되어 평판형 엘이디 조명기구가 형성되고, 상기 도광판의 내화력 강화를 위하여 평판형 엘이디 조명기구의 외표면을 난연재로 감싸는 난연피복이 추가되며, 상기 난연피복은 도광판의 광발산면을 커버하고 난연특성을 갖으며 투광체로 되는 투광 PC(Poly Carbonate)판, 상기 방열수단과 열교환 가능하게 접하여 방열수단을 겸하며 도광판의 이면에 덮여지는 방열 금속시트 및 상기 투광 PC판과 도광판과 방열 금속시트가 순차 적층된 적층체의 측면 둘레를 감싸는 금속테이프로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
