Abstract:
(EN) A sealed structure which includes bonding surfaces of at least two members (2, 3, and 6) and in which sealing has been attained by interposing between the bonding surfaces a pasty gasket (20) having the property of solidifying into an elastic state after application to adhere to the adherend(s). The pasty gasket (20) is caused to tenaciously adhere to one (6) of the members which is made of a material to which the pasty gasket (20) is less apt to adhere, to thereby improve the sealability of the bonding parts of the at least two members (2, 3, and 6). The bonding surface of at least one (6) of at least two members (2, 3, and 6) is made of a material having a low functional-group density. A thermal-spraying metal deposit (21) has been formed on the bonding surface of this member (6). The pasty gasket (20) has been adhered to the thermal-spraying metal deposit (21).
(FR) La présente invention porte sur une structure étanche qui comprend des surfaces de collage d'au moins deux éléments (2, 3 et 6) et dans laquelle l'étanchéité a été obtenue par interposition entre les surfaces de collage d'un joint d'étanchéité pâteux (20) présentant la propriété de se solidifier à l'état élastique après application de façon à adhérer sur les parties adhérées. Le joint d'étanchéité pâteux (20) est amené à adhérer de manière tenace sur l'un (6) des éléments constitué d'un matériau sur lequel le joint d'étanchéité pâteux (20) est moins apte à adhérer, afin d'améliorer ainsi la capacité d'étanchéité des parties de collage à au moins deux éléments (2, 3 et 6). La surface de collage d'au moins un (6) des deux éléments ou plus (2, 3 et 6) est réalisée en un matériau dont la densité de groupements fonctionnels est faible. Un dépôt de métal par pulvérisation thermique (21) a été constitué sur la surface de collage de cet élément (6). L'adhérence du joint d'étanchéité pâteux (20) est collé sur le dépôt métallique par pulvérisation à chaud (21).
(JA) 【課題】少なくとも2つの部材(2,3,6)の結合面に、塗布後に弾性を有する状態で固まって接着する性質のペースト状ガスケット(20)が介在されてシールされるシール構造において、ペースト状ガスケット(20)をそれが接着しにくい材料からなる一方部材(6)に強く接着させるようにし、少なくとも2つの部材(2,3,6)の結合部分のシール性を向上する。 【解決手段】少なくとも2つの部材(2,3,6)のうちの少なくとも一方部材(6)が、その結合面に官能基が存在する密度の少ない材料で形成される。この一方部材(6)の結合面に金属溶射膜(21)が形成され、この金属溶射膜(21)上にペースト状ガスケット(20)が接着されている。
