Abstract:
(EN) A high frequency amplifier having improved efficiency at time of low output but minimal size increase in circuit size.  The high frequency amplifier is provided with a carrier amplifier (7) which amplifies input signals, a peak amplifier (8) which amplifies an input signal among the input signals which has an amplitude of a predetermined value or more, an envelope detector (3) which extracts the envelope information of the input signal, and a bias control circuit (4) which calculates a calculated voltage for supply to the carrier amplifier (7) based on the envelope information, compares said calculated voltage with a threshold, and changes the voltage supplied to the carrier amplifier (7).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un amplificateur haute fréquence présentant un rendement amélioré au moment d'une sortie faible, mais un accroissement de taille minimal dans la taille de circuit. L'amplificateur haute fréquence comprend un amplificateur de porteuse (7) qui amplifie des signaux d'entrée, un amplificateur de crête (8) qui amplifie un signal d'entrée, parmi les signaux d'entrée, qui présente une amplitude d'une valeur prédéterminée ou supérieure, un détecteur d'enveloppe (3) qui extrait les informations d'enveloppe du signal d'entrée, et un circuit de commande de polarisation (4) qui calcule une tension calculée à fournir à l'amplificateur de porteuse (7) sur la base des informations d'enveloppe, compare ladite tension calculée à un seuil, et modifie la tension fournie à l'amplificateur de porteuse (7).
(JA)  低出力時の効率を改善するとともに、回路規模の増大を抑制することが可能な高周波増幅器を提供する。本発明の一態様に係る高周波増幅器は、入力信号を増幅するキャリヤ増幅器7と、入力信号のうち、振幅が所定以上となる入力信号を増幅するピーク増幅器8と、入力信号の包絡線情報を抽出する包絡線検波器3と、包絡線情報に応じてキャリヤ増幅器7に供給するための算出電圧を算出し、当該算出電圧と閾値とを比較して、キャリヤ増幅器7に供給する電圧を変更するバイアス制御回路4とを備える。
