Abstract:
(EN) A cover-equipped stator for a uniaxial eccentric screw pump is configured such that a condensate liquid accumulated between the outer surface of a stator and the inner surface of the cover when a high-temperature fluid is caused to flow in an inner hole in the stator is discharged to the outside of the cover.  The configuration extends the life of the stator and enhances the accuracy of a discharge flow rate. A cover-equipped stator (27) of a uniaxial eccentric screw pump (17) in which a male screw stator (3) is fitted in an inner hole (4a) in a rubber female screw stator (4) and in which a cover (18) is mounted to the outer surface of the stator (4), wherein the cover-equipped stator comprises a first discharge passage (22) for discharging a condensate liquid (15) to the outside of the cover (18).  The condensate liquid (15) is a liquid resulting from condensation of water vapor (13) evaporated from a liquid which flows in the inner hole (4a) in the stator (4), transmitted through the stator (4), and condensed and accumulated between the outer surface of the stator (4) and the inner surface of the cover (18).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un stator équipé d'un couvercle pour une pompe à vis sans fin excentrique uniaxiale, configuré de façon à évacuer vers l'extérieur du couvercle le liquide de condensation qui s'est accumulé entre la surface extérieure du stator et la surface intérieure du couvercle quand on fait s'écouler un flux à haute température dans un trou intérieur ménagé dans le stator. La configuration prolonge la durée de vie du stator et améliore la précision du débit d'évacuation. L'invention porte sur un stator (27) équipé d'un couvercle d'une pompe à vis sans fin excentrique uniaxiale (17), dans lequel un stator à vis male (3) est monté dans un trou intérieur (4a) ménagé dans un stator à vis femelle en caoutchouc (4)et dans lequel un couvercle (18) est monté sur la surface extérieure du stator (4), le stator équipé d'un couvercle comportant un premier passage d'évacuation (22) pour évacuer le liquide de condensation (15) vers l'extérieur du couvercle (18). Le liquide de condensation (15) est un liquide résultant de la condensation de la vapeur d'eau (13) qui s'évapore à partir d'un liquide s'écoulant dans le trou intérieur (4a) ménagé dans le stator (4), qui est transmise à travers le stator (4), et qui est condensée et accumulée entre la surface extérieure du stator (4) et la surface intérieure du couvercle (18).
(JA)  本発明は、高温の流体をステータの内孔に通したときに、ステータの外側表面と被覆体の内側表面との間に溜まる凝縮液を、被覆体の外側に排出できるようにして、ステータの長寿命化を図ると共に、吐出流量精度の向上を図ることができる一軸偏心ねじポンプ用被覆体付きステータを提供すること。  雄ねじ型ロータ(3)がゴム製の雌ねじ型ステータ(4)の内孔(4a)に嵌挿し、ステータ(4)の外側表面に被覆体(18)が装着された一軸偏心ねじポンプ(17)が備える被覆体付きステータ(27)において、ステータ(4)の内孔(4a)を通る液体から発生する水蒸気(13)がステータ(4)を透過して、ステータ(4)の外側表面と、被覆体(18)の内側表面との間に凝縮して溜まる凝縮水(15)を、被覆体(18)の外側に排出するための第1排出路(22)を備える。
