Abstract:
(EN) The application claims a microfluidic device and a corresponding method suitable for immunofluorescence assays. The device comprises two planar components, one of which includes a groove on one surface. When the two surfaces are paired, the groove becomes a channel. The component without the groove is functionalised with nano-particles of metal oxide: this layer constitutes the bottom of the channel when the device is assembled. The aim of the functionalisation is to allow a better adhesion of cells on the channel bottom, in order to perform fluorescence tests, in particular FISH-tests on the device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique et un procédé correspondant, destinés à des tests d'analyse par immunofluorescence. Le dispositif comprend deux composants planes, dont l'un présente une rainure sur une surface. Lorsque les deux surfaces sont appariées, la rainure se transforme en canal. Le composant sans rainure est fonctionnalisé à l'aide de nanoparticules d'oxyde métallique, cette couche constituant le fond du canal lorsque le dispositif est assemblé. Le but de la fonctionnalisation est de permettre une meilleure adhésion des cellules sur le fond du canal, afin d'effectuer des tests d'analyse par fluorescence, en particulier des tests FISH.
