Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem Oberflächenionisations-Gasdetektor (10) mit einer Ionisationsfläche (12), über die ein Analysegas leitbar ist, ferner mit mindestens einer Detektiereinrichtung zur Detektierung von Analysegas-Ionen ist die Oberfläche der Ionisationsfläche mit Nanospitzen (30) versehen. Dies bewirkt eine Konzentration und damit erhebliche Erhöhung des elektrischen Feldes an den spitzen Enden der Nanospitzen, was die Ionenfreisetzung signifikant verbessert, wodurch sich das elektrische Feld damit gegenüber einer ebenen Fläche erheblich erhöhen lässt, was zu einer Erhöhung der Ionenemission um mehrere Größenordnungen führt.
(EN) The invention relates to a surface ionization gas detector (10) comprising an ionization area (12), over which an analysis gas can be conducted, and further comprising at least one detection device for detecting analysis gas ions, wherein the surface of the ionization area is provided with nano-peaks (30). This causes a concentration and thus a significant increase of the electric field at the pointed ends of the nano-peaks, which significantly improves the ion release, whereby the electric field thus can be significantly increased compared to a flat area, which leads to an increase of the ion emission by several orders of magnitude.
(FR) L'invention concerne un détecteur à ionisation de gaz présentant une surface d'ionisation sur laquelle peut être guidé un gaz d'analyse, au moins un dispositif de détection pour détecter des ions de gaz d'analyse, la surface d'ionisation étant dotée de pointes nanométriques. On obtient ainsi une concentration, donc un fort accroissement du champ électrique, aux extrémités des pointes nanométriques. Ceci améliore sensiblement la libération des ions, d'où un fort accroissement du champ électrique relativement à une surface plane, ce qui se traduit par une augmentation de l'émission d'ions de plusieurs ordres de grandeur.
