Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing pulverized coal comprising the steps of providing a drying gas heated to a predefined temperature in a hot gas generator (26); feeding the heated drying gas into a pulverizer (20); introducing raw coal into the pulverizer (20), the pulverizer (20) grinding the raw coal into pulverized coal; collecting a mixture of drying gas and pulverized coal from the pulverizer (20) and feeding the mixture to a filter (34), the filter (34) separating the dried pulverized coal from the drying gas; collecting the dried pulverized coal for further use and feeding the drying gas from the filter (34) to an exhaust line (38); and collecting the drying gas exiting said filter (34) and feeding part of said collected drying gas to a recirculation line (42) for feeding recirculation drying gas to said hot gas generator (26). According to an important aspect of the present invention, the step of providing the drying gas comprises feeding a variable flow rate of hot stove waste gas to the hot gas generator (26) through a hot stove waste gas line (46) so as to maximize the amount of hot stove waste gas used as drying gas. A pressure of the drying gas at a pulverizer gas inlet (24) is controlled by regulating a flow rate of the hot stove waste gas through the hot stove waste gas line (46).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de charbon pulvérisé comprenant les étapes consistant à fournir un gaz déshydratant chauffé à une température prédéfinie à un générateur de gaz chaud (26); introduire le gaz déshydratant chauffé dans un pulvérisateur (20); introduire du charbon brut dans le pulvérisateur (20), le pulvérisateur (20) broyant le charbon brut en charbon pulvérisé; recueillir un mélange de gaz déshydratant et de charbon pulvérisé depuis le pulvérisateur (20) et introduire ledit mélange dans un filtre (34), le filtre (34) séparant le charbon pulvérisé déshydraté du gaz déshydratant; recueillir le charbon pulvérisé déshydraté pour une autre utilisation et transmettre le gaz déshydratant depuis le filtre (34) vers une conduite d'évacuation (38); et recueillir le gaz déshydratant évacué dudit filtre (34) et introduire une partie dudit gaz déshydratant recueilli dans une conduite de recyclage (42) afin d'introduire ledit gaz déshydratant de recyclage dans ledit générateur de gaz chaud (26). Selon un aspect important de la présente invention, l'étape de fourniture de gaz déshydratant comprend l'introduction d'un débit variable de gaz d'échappement de four chaud dans le générateur de gaz chaud (26) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite de gaz d'échappement de four chaud (46) afin de maximiser la quantité de gaz d'échappement de four chaud utilisée comme gaz déshydratant. Une pression du gaz déshydratant au niveau d'une admission de gaz du pulvérisateur (24) est contrôlée en régulant un débit de gaz d'échappement de four chaud au moyen de la canalisation de gaz d'échappement de four chaud (46).
