Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt Oligonukleotide und Verfahren zur Bestimmung des normierten Methylierungsgrads von DNA, sowie der Bestimmung der relativen Methylierungsgrads von DNA zwischen zumindest zwei Proben bereit. Hierbei wird sich die zufällige Verteilung von Transposons im Genom zunutze gemacht. Die offenbarten Oligonukleotide und Verfahren sind insbesondere für die klinische Diagnostik von Bedeutung.
(EN) The present invention relates to oligonucleotides and to a method for determining the standardized degree of methylation of DNA and for determining the relative degree of methylation of DNA between at least two samples. The random distribution of transposons in the genome is utilized herein. The disclosed oligonucleotides and method are in particular significant to clinical diagnostics.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des oligonucléotides et un procédé pour déterminer le degré de méthylation normé de l'ADN, ainsi que le degré de méthylation relatif de l'ADN entre au moins deux échantillons. Selon l'invention, on se sert de la répartition aléatoire de transposons dans le génome. Les oligonucléotides et le procédé de l'invention ont une utilité importante notamment pour le diagnostic clinique.
