Abstract:
(DE) Verbindungselement (32-1; 32-2) zur Verbindung einer Heizwendel (20) mit einer Anschlussbaugruppe (30) einer Heizvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Erhitzen eines Fluids. Das Verbindungselement weist an einem ersten Anschlussende (50-1; 50-2) ein Halteelement (55-1; 55-2) zur elektrischen Verbindung mit und zum Halten der Heizwendel (20), mindestens ein Fixierelement (56-1; 56-2a, 56-2b) zum Fixieren der Heizwendel an bzw. auf dem Halteelement (55-1; 55-2) auf. Das mindestens eine Fixierelement ist so ausgestaltet, dass es durch plastische Verformung mindestens einen am Verbindungsende der Heizwendel befindlichen Haken bzw. mindestens eine Windung der Heizwendel an bzw. auf dem Halteelement formschlüssig fixieren und mit diesem elektrisch leitend kontaktieren kann. Besonders vorteilhaft eignet sich das Verbindungselement (32-1; 32- 2) zur Verwendung in einer Heizvorrichtung mit einem Mantelrohr (10), wenigstens einer im Inneren des Mantelrohrs (10) angeordneten Heizwendel (20) aus einem elektrischen Widerstandsheizdraht, der in einer elektrisch isolierenden, Wärme leitenden Isoliermasse (40) im Mantelrohr (10) eingebettet ist, mindestens einer Anschlussbaugruppe (30), die im Inneren eines Endbereichs des Mantelrohres (10) angeordnet ist und ein zur Verbindung eines Verbindungsendes der Heizwendel (20) mit einer außerhalb des Mantelrohrs (10) befindlichen elektrischen Energiequelle aus dem Mantelrohr (10) nach außen geführtes Anschlussende aufweist, und wenigstens eine im Bereich der Öffnung des Mantelrohrs (10) angeordnete integrale Halteeinrichtung (38*), die so ausgestaltet ist, Bauteile der Anschlussbaugruppe formschlüssig aufzunehmen, zum Herstellen der Verbindung zwischen einem Verbindungsende (21 -1; 21-2) der Heizwendel und der Anschlussbaugruppe (30).
(EN) The invention relates to a connecting element (32-1; 32-2) for connecting a heating coil (20) to a connecting subassembly (30) of a heating device, in particular for heating a fluid. At a first connecting end (50-1; 50-2), the connecting element has a holding element (55-1; 55-2) for the electrical connection to the heating coil (20) and for holding the latter, and at least one fixing element (56-1; 56-2a, 56-2b) for fixing the heating coil to or on the holding element (55-1; 55-2). The at least one fixing element is designed such that, by means of plastic deformation, it is able to fix at least one hook located at the connecting end of the heating coil or at least one turn of the heating coil to or on the holding element in a positively locking and electrically conductive manner. The connecting element (32-1; 32-2) is particularly advantageously suited for use in a heating device having a jacket tube (10), at least one heating coil (20) arranged in the interior of the jacket tube (10) and made of an electric resistance heating wire, which is embedded in an electrically insulating, heat-conducting insulating compound (40) in the jacket tube (10), at least one connecting subassembly (30), which is disposed in the interior of an end region of the jacket tube (10) and has a connecting end led to outside of the jacket tube (10) in order to connect a connecting end of the heating coil (20) to an electric energy source located outside of the jacket tube (10), and at least one integral holding device (38*) which is disposed in the region of the opening of the jacket tube (10) and which is designed so as to accommodate components of the connecting subassembly in a positively locking manner, for producing the connection between the connecting end (21-1; 21-2) of the heating coil and the connecting subassembly (30).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément de raccordement (32-1; 32-2) permettant de raccorder un filament chauffant (20) à un sous-ensemble de raccordement (30) d'un dispositif de chauffage, en particulier pour le chauffage d'un fluide. L'élément de raccordement comporte, à une première extrémité de raccordement (50-1; 50-2), un élément de retenue (55-1; 55-2) permettant la liaison électrique avec le filament chauffant (20) et le maintien de ce filament, et au moins un élément de fixation (56-1; 56-2a, 56-2b) permettant de fixer le filament contre ou sur l'élément de retenue (55-1; 55-2). L'élément de fixation considéré est conçu de façon que, par déformation plastique, au moins un crochet ou une spire de filament se trouvant à l'extrémité de raccordement se fixe par complémentarité de forme à l'élément de retenue et établisse avec celui-ci un contact électroconducteur. L'élément de raccordement selon l'invention (32-1; 32-2) convient particulièrement pour un dispositif de chauffage comportant un corps cylindrique (10), au moins un filament chauffant (20) disposé à l'intérieur du corps cylindrique (10) et constitué d'un fil de résistance électrique chauffante noyé dans une masse d'isolation (40) électriquement isolante et thermo-conductrice à l'intérieur du corps cylindrique (10), au moins un sous-ensemble de raccordement (30) qui est disposé à l'intérieur d'une zone d'extrémité du corps cylindrique (10) et qui comporte une extrémité de raccordement aboutissant à l'extérieur du corps cylindrique (10) et permettant le raccordement d'une extrémité de raccordement du filament chauffant (20) à une source d'énergie électrique se trouvant à l'extérieur du corps cylindrique (10), et au moins un dispositif de retenue intégré (38*), qui est disposé dans la zone de l'orifice du corps cylindrique, et dont la configuration fait qu'il retient par complémentarité de forme les éléments constitutifs du sous-ensemble de raccordement, de façon à raccorder au sous-ensemble de raccordement (30) l'extrémité de raccordement (21 -1; 21-2) du filament chauffant.
