Abstract:
(DE) Ein Reaktor zur Vergasung von gasförmigen, flüssigen oder festen Brennstoffen im Flugstrom weist einen gasdicht in einem Druckmantel eingeschweißten Kühlschirm auf. Zum Druckausgleich zwischen Reaktionsraum und Kühlschirmspalt ist eine Verbindung zwischen dem Stickstoff-gespülten Überwachungskanal im Brenner und dem Kühlschirmspalt vorgesehen. Für eine Notentspannung können gesteuerte Verbindungen zwischen Kühlschirmspalt einerseits und Brennstoffzuführungen sowie Oxidationsmittelzuführung andererseits ergänzt sein. Eine Beschädigung des Kühlschirmes durch allzu großen Druckunterschied zwischen Reaktionsraum und Kühlschirmspalt wird vermieden, durch Vergasungsgas im Kühlschirmspalt verursachte Korrosion wird ausgeschlossen.
(EN) The invention relates to a reactor for gasifying gaseous, liquid, or solid fuels in an entrained flow, comprising a cooling screen welded gas-tight into a pressure shell. In order to equalize pressure between the reaction chamber and the cooling screen gap, a connection is provided between the nitrogen-purged monitoring channel in the burner and the cooling screen gap. For emergency pressure relief, controlled connections can be added between the cooling screen gap and the fuel inlets and oxidation agent inlet. Damage to the cooling screen due to excessive pressure differential between the reaction chamber and the cooling screen gap is avoided, and corrosion in the cooling screen gap due to gasifier gas is prevented.
(FR) L'invention concerne un réacteur servant à la gazéification de combustibles gazeux, liquides ou solides dans le lit entraîné et comprenant une chemise de refroidissement soudée de manière étanche aux gaz dans une enveloppe de pression. Une liaison entre le conduit de surveillance lavé à l'azote dans le brûleur et l'interstice de la chemise de refroidissement est réalisée pour compenser la pression entre la chambre de réaction et l'interstice de la chemise de refroidissement. Pour permettre une détente d'urgence, il est possible d'établir en complément des liaisons commandées entre l'interstice de la chemise de refroidissement, d'une part, et des conduites d'amenée de combustible et une conduite d'amenée d'agent oxydant, d'autre part. Une détérioration de la chemise de refroidissement due à une différence de pression trop importante entre la chambre de réaction et l'interstice de la chemise de refroidissement est ainsi évitée, ainsi que la corrosion provoquée par le gaz de gazéification dans l'interstice de la chemise de refroidissement.
