Abstract:
(DE) Ein erfindungsgemäβes Laserbearbeitungsgerät weist eine Laserstrahlquelle (10) zum Bereitstellen eines gepulsten Bearbeitungs-Laserstrahls (50), eine Laserstrahl-Ausrichteinheit (70) zur Auskopplung des Laserstrahls (50) in Richtung auf einen zu bearbeitenden Bereich des Materials und eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (25) zur Ausgabe eines Photosensitizers in Richtung auf eine Umgebung des zu bearbeitenden Bereichs des Materials auf, wobei die Ausgabeeinrichtung (25) mit der Ausrichteinheit (70) verbunden ist.
(EN) A laser machining device according to the invention comprises a laser beam source (10) for providing a pulsed processing laser beam (50), a laser beam aligning unit (70) for output coupling the laser beam (50) in the direction toward an area of material to be machined, and an emission device (25) for emitting a photosensitizer in the direction toward a surrounding area of the area of the material to be machined, wherein the emission device (25) is connected to the aligning unit (70).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'usinage laser présentant une source de faisceau laser (10) pour fournir un faisceau laser (50) pulsé d'usinage, une unité d'alignement de faisceau laser (70) pour faire sortir le faisceau laser (50) en direction d'une zone de matériau à usiner, ainsi qu'une unité de diffusion (25) pour diffuser un photosensibilisant en direction du voisinage de la zone de matériau à usiner, l'unité de diffusion (25) étant reliée à l'unité d'alignement (70).
