Abstract

A raster-based system for GNSS guidance includes a vehicle-mounted GNSS antenna and receiver. A processor provides guidance and/or autosteering commands based on GNSS- defϊned pixels forming a grid representing an area to be treated, such as a field. Specific guidance and chemical application methods are provided based on the pixel-defined treatment areas and preprogrammed chemical application prescription maps, which can include variable chemical application rates and dynamic control of the individual nozzles of a sprayer.

Un système basé sur une trame pour un guidage GNSS comprend une antenne et un récepteur GNSS montés sur véhicule. Un processeur fournit un guidage et/ou des commandes de pilotage automatique basés sur GNSS – des pixels définis formant une grille qui représente une zone à traiter, comme un champ. Des procédés de guidage et d'application chimique spécifiques sont fournis sur la base de zones de traitement définies par pixels et de cartes de prescription d'application chimique préprogrammées qui peuvent inclure des vitesses d'application chimique variables et une commande dynamique des différentes buses d'un dispositif de pulvérisation.
