Abstract:
(EN) The invention is directed to changing the initial properties of materials by artificially producing three-dimensional structures on the surface thereof by means of exposure to a single laser beam, said three-dimensional structures having a characteristic size in terms of height and width of 500 nm or less. The above-mentioned technical result is achieved in that the method for producing nanostructures on the surface of a solid body comprises heating the surface of the material with laser pulses having a duration of no greater than 10-5 s and an energy density which is sufficient for forming a layer of melt on the surface of the solid body with a depth of no greater than 1 μm and subsequently cooling and solidifying the above-mentioned melt by means of heat dissipation.
(FR) L'invention vise à modifier les propriétés initiales de matériaux par la formation artificielle sur leurs surfaces, au moyen de l'irradiation par un faisceau laser, de structures tridimensionnelles possédant une dimension caractéristique en termes de hauteur et de largeur de 500 nm ou moins. Ce résultat technique est obtenu grâce à un procédé de formation de nanostructures à la surface d'un corps solide, qui consiste à chauffer la surface du matériau au moyen d'impulsions laser d'une durée ne dépassant pas 10(-5) seconde et avec une densité énergétique suffisante pour former à la surface du corps solide une couche de matériau fondu dont la profondeur ne dépasse pas 1 micromètre, après quoi on procède au refroidissement et à la solidification dudit matériau fondu par dissipation de la chaleur.
(RU) Изобретение направлено на изменение исходных свойств материалов за счет искусственного создания на их поверхности путем облучения одним лазерным пучком пространственных структур с характерным размером по высоте и ширине 500 нм и менее. Указанный технический результат достигают тем, что способ получения наноструктур на поверхности твёрдого тела включает нагрев поверхности материала лазерными импульсами длительностью не более 10-5 с с плотностью энергии достаточной для образования на поверхности твердого тела слоя расплава на глубину не более 1 мкм с последующим охлаждением и затвердеванием указанного расплава путем теплоотвода.
