Abstract:
(EN) A flow channel structure is provided with a substrate having a flow channel groove formed thereon, and a plurality of fibrous protrusions extending from the inner wall of the flow channel groove.  The flow channel groove is configured such that a liquid flows therein.  The inner wall of the flow channel groove is composed of silicon.  The flow channel structure is capable of making the liquid homogeneous in the flow channel groove.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de canal d'écoulement dotée d'un substrat sur lequel est formé un sillon de canal d'écoulement, et une pluralité de protubérances fibreuses s'étendant depuis la paroi intérieure du sillon de canal d'écoulement. Le sillon de canal d'écoulement est configuré de manière à ce qu'un liquide puisse s'y écouler. La paroi intérieure du sillon de canal d'écoulement est composée de silicium. La structure de canal d'écoulement est capable d'homogénéiser le liquide dans le canal d'écoulement.
