Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a plasma display panel which has excellent image display performance with relatively low power consumption drive by preventing the qualities of a protection layer containing MgO from changing due to adsorption of impurities, even the panel is a high definition panel. Therefore, a sealing material paste, which contains a low-melting-point glass, filler, solvent and binder, is applied on the surface of a back substrate.  Then, in a preliminary burning step, preliminary burning is performed at a temperature below the softening point of the sealing material as the highest temperature.  Thus, organic components are left in the low molecular state and are removed by evacuation in a gas releasing step.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'un écran plasma qui présente une excellente performance d'affichage d'image ainsi qu'une consommation d'énergie relativement faible grâce au fait que les qualités d'une couche de protection contenant du MgO ne peuvent pas s'altérer à cause de l'adsorption d'impuretés, lequel écran étant un écran haute définition. Par conséquent, une pâte de produit d'étanchéité, qui contient un verre à point de fusion bas, une charge, un solvant et un liant, est appliquée sur la surface d'un substrat arrière. Par la suite, lors d'une étape de combustion préliminaire, une combustion préliminaire est effectuée à une température inférieure au point de ramollissement du produit d'étanchéité comme température la plus élevée. De la sorte, les composants organiques demeurent à faible état moléculaire et sont supprimés par évacuation lors de l'étape de libation de gaz.
(JA)  本発明は、高精細パネルであっても、MgOを含む保護層が不純物の吸着により変質するのを防止することで、良好な画像表示性能を比較的低い消費電力駆動で発揮することの可能なプラズマディスプレイパネルの製造方法を提供することを目的とするものである。 そのため、背面基板の表面に低融点ガラス、フィラーおよび溶剤、バインダーを含む封着材ペーストを塗布する。その後、仮焼成工程において、封着材の軟化点未満を最高温度として仮焼成する。これにより有機成分を低分子状態で残存させ、排気工程で排気除去する。
