Abstract:
(EN) A blast furnace charging system (12) for feeding charge material into the hearth of a blast furnace (10) comprises at least two hoppers (16, 16') for temporarily storing charge material, each hopper (16, 16') comprising a discharge assembly (30, 30') for feeding the charge material from the respective hopper (16, 16') into the hearth of a blast furnace (10). The discharge assembly (30) comprises an inclined discharge channel (36) having, at its lower end, a material gate (38) providing charge material flow control at the lower end of the discharge channel (36); and a protection ring (50) arranged in the vicinity of the material gate (38) for leading charge material from the discharge channel (36) to a seal seat (46) of the discharge assembly (30). The discharge assembly (30) further comprises a heated panel (52) arranged on the protection ring (50), the heated panel (52) being formed by a panel-like copper body (66) having fluid channels (70) arranged therein so as to form a channel leading from a fluid inlet (72) to a fluid outlet (74).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de chargement de haut-fourneau (12) pour introduire un matériau de charge dans le creuset d'un haut-fourneau (10), comprenant au moins deux trémies (16, 16') pour stocker temporairement un matériau de charge, chaque trémie (16, 16') comprenant un ensemble de décharge (30, 30') pour amener le matériau de charge de la trémie respective (16, 16') dans le creuset d'un haut-fourneau (10). L'ensemble de décharge (30) comprend un canal de décharge incliné (36) qui présente, à son extrémité inférieure, une barrière anti-matériau (38) qui assure une commande de l'écoulement du matériau de charge à l'extrémité inférieure du canal de décharge (36); et une bague de protection (50) qui est agencée dans le voisinage de la barrière anti-matériau (38) pour conduire le matériau de charge du canal de décharge (36) à un siège d'étanchéité (46) de l'ensemble de décharge (30). L'ensemble de décharge (30) comprend en outre un panneau chauffé (52) qui est agencé sur la bague de protection (50), le panneau chauffé (52) étant formé par un corps de cuivre en forme de panneau (66) comportant des canaux de fluide (70) formés dans celui-ci de manière à former un canal conduisant d'une entrée de fluide (72) à une sortie de fluide (74).
