Abstract:
(EN) An antiparticulate filter for internal combustion engines, comprising a filter element (1) having an inlet surface (2) and an outlet surface (3) between which a plurality of parallel longitudinal conduits (11) delimited by porous walls develop, the filter element (1) comprising sintered porous first sheets (100) and sintered porous second sheets (110) obtained from a tape-casting process performed on a sinterable material, the first sheets (100) having a corrugated transversal profile and being alternated with the second sheets (110) such as to define therewith the longitudinal conduits (11), two closing elements (20, 30) being joined to the filter element (1) in order to close the longitudinal conduits (11) at the inlet surface (2)and at the outlet surface (3), the closing element (20) located at the inlet surface (2) being provided with a plurality of holes (22) destined to leave a part of the longitudinal conduits (11) open, the closing element (30) located at the outlet surface (3) being provided with a plurality of holes (32) destined to leave remaining longitudinal conduits (11) open.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un filtre anti-particulaire pour moteurs à combustion interne, lequel filtre comprend un élément de filtre (1) possédant une surface d'entrée (2) et une surface de sortie (3) entre lesquelles se développe une pluralité de conduits longitudinaux parallèles (11) délimités par un développement de parois poreuses, l'élément de filtre (1) comprenant des premières feuilles poreuses frittées (100) et des deuxièmes feuilles poreuses frittées (110) obtenues à partir d'un procédé de coulage en bande réalisé sur un matériau pouvant être fritté, les premières feuilles (100) présentant un profil transversal ondulé et alternant avec les deuxièmes feuilles (110) de façon à définir avec celles-ci les conduits longitudinaux (11), deux éléments de fermeture (20, 30) étant reliés à l'élément de filtre (1) dans le but de fermer les conduits longitudinaux (11) à la surface d'entrée (2) et à la surface de sortie (3), l'élément de fermeture (20) situé à la surface d'entrée (2) comportant une pluralité de trous (22) destinés à laisser une partie des conduits longitudinaux (11) ouverts, l'élément de fermeture (30) situé à la surface de sortie (3) comportant une pluralité de trous (32) destinés à laisser les conduits longitudinaux restants (11) ouverts.
